My most memorable wedding so far, has to be Katherine & Alex's wedding, where they had their ceremony in the woods, which had this fairy tale fantasy look, photographer dream in my opinion which rays of light coming through the trees
Gorgeous, Glamorous, Happy, Realistic, Delightful
That most people i have worked with from Wedding clients, to models and actors, is they say i am really laid back and very calm while shooting, and i am quite proud to be like that, for people to think that
TELL PEOPLE NO PHONES AT THE CEREMONY
A couple had miniature wheelie bins at the top table at the reception, which had to do with how they first met
So straight away i would arrange a consultation which can be over coffee or just a zoom meeting, where we can talk more in detail on what you want on your day, from here if you have booked in the Extra engagement shoot, then we would arrange a date for that, engagement shoots are a great way to get to know each other, and get comfortable with each other, and it gives you both some experience in front of the camera, next would be near the wedding day, about a week before, i will setup another meeting, but this would just be a phone call or Zoom call, this is just to finalize everything or if anything has changed, On your wedding day, i always arrive early from when i am meant to be there, and here i go with the flow of the whole wedding, capturing all the moments you would expect, and capturing all the candids of both bride and groom and guests. Once I am finished after the first dance, it will then take 5-6 weeks for the final images to be edited, where these will be uploaded to a personal online gallery, and any USB's or Albums will be getting made and delivered to you when they are ready
Just a realistic candid moment of both Bride and Groom together with no one around, laughing and talking to each other
Taking a photo of the Grooms boxers (He had custom printed "just married" with the brides face all over them) and Brides reaction
Not to be disheartening, as this isn't the end of the world, we can still take amazing photos inside a venue, and we can also use a clear umbrella to still get amazing photos outside
So i wish i could say someone in the family was a photographer, or some cool story from when i was a kid, but simply 5 years ago, i took an interest in fashion photography and learned how to edit photos before i even picked up a camera, and when i finally did get a camera, i straight way took portraits of people as it's always been the biggest interest for me, and now have evolved in to a business where i always get to take photos of people
