What about your business are you most proud of?
Reading emails from happy brides and grooms. It means the world to know that I've been able to bottle a little bit of a couples special day for them to look back on.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Enjoy it and don't get too wrapped up in trends. Stay true to yourself!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I photographed a wedding of a groom who was obsessed with Jurassic Park. He had bought "dinosaurs" from a theme park and put them around the wedding venue. It was a great talking point.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I don't have a typical process. Every wedding is different, every couple is different. I take it as it comes and try not to shoot in the same way all the time but be inspired by the couple and their friends and family.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
It's different for everyone. Whatever has the most meaning to you. A photo with your mum, a photo with your granddad, the confetti shot. Don't waste your time on having photos you think you have to have because it was in a magazine. Stay true to yourself and your images will be a true reflection of you and your day.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Welly boots, an umbrella and a big smile. It's the UK, it's going to happen so, you may as well enjoy it and have some fun splashing about in the puddles!
