My most memorable wedding was for Carla and Jon, they had an amazing full day from getting ready to tying the not in the beautiful surroundings of Richmond on the Hill

What I’m most proud of about RH Photography is how it brings real moments to life — whether it’s a perfectly plated dish or a couple’s quiet glance on their wedding day. I’ve built this brand on trust, detail, and storytelling — not trends or filters.
Every shoot I do is personal. I take pride in making people feel seen, understood, and confident in the final result — even if they’re camera-shy or just starting their business.
Whether it's helping a small food brand look like a national one, or giving a couple lasting memories of the biggest day of their life — that’s what makes it all worth it.
It’s easy to get caught up in tiny details — the flowers, the seating plan, the weather. But the real magic is in the way your partner looks at you, the laugh with your best friend, or your parents holding hands during the vows.
Plan well, but let go on the day. Trust your team, be present, and let the moments unfold naturally — those are the memories (and photos) you’ll treasure forever.
A couple wrote handwritten letters to each guest, placed on their table setting. Each note shared a memory or message about why that person meant so much to them.
It was simple, personal, and deeply emotional — you could feel the love in the room before the ceremony even started.
It reminded me that weddings aren’t just about the big moments — they’re about making people feel seen and celebrated.
1. Discovery & Chat
Once you enquire, we’ll jump on a quick call or message to get to know each other. I want to hear your story, your vision, and what matters most to you on the day — whether it’s relaxed, romantic, or all about the party.
2. Booking & Planning
Once you're happy to go ahead, I’ll send over a contract and deposit link to lock in your date. Then we work together to plan everything — timings, key moments, must-have shots, and any special touches. I’ll also send you a wedding photo guide to help you feel prepped and confident.
3. The Engagement Shoot (Optional but Highly Recommended)
This is a relaxed session to warm up in front of the camera. No pressure, no posing — just the two of you being yourselves. It’s a great way to get comfortable and build trust before the big day.
4. The Wedding Day
I arrive early, blend in, and document the story naturally as it unfolds. You can trust me to capture the big emotions, tiny details, and everything in between — all while keeping things calm and flowing smoothly.
5. Sneak Peeks & Final Delivery
Within 48–72 hours, I’ll send you a few sneak peeks so you don’t have to wait weeks to relive the magic. Your full gallery arrives in 3–6 weeks via a private, beautifully curated online gallery you can download and share.
6. Albums & Prints (Optional)
If you want to create something tangible, I offer custom-designed albums and fine art prints — perfect for reliving the memories offline.
The quiet moment, just the two of you, away from the crowd.
Whether it’s during golden hour or right after the ceremony, stepping away for 5–10 minutes gives you time to breathe, connect, and be fully present with each other. No posing, no pressure — just real emotion.
Those are often the most powerful images. Not staged, not rushed — just you two, as you are, in the middle of it all.
It’s always the one couples say they didn’t expect to love so much.
One couple asked me to capture a shot of them sharing a slice of pizza in full wedding outfits — in the back of their parked car, feet up on the dashboard, just laughing and being themselves.
It wasn’t posed or traditional, but it was totally them — fun, relaxed, and full of character. That’s what I love most: when couples make the day their own and want photos that reflect who they really are, not just what a wedding “should” look like.
Embrace it — some of the most romantic photos happen in the rain. 🌧️
Bring clear umbrellas (they photograph beautifully), have a backup plan for group shots, and trust your photographer to find the best light and moments.
Rain adds mood, texture, and intimacy to photos — think cozy cuddles, reflections in puddles, misty backdrops… it’s cinematic. And honestly? The rain often slows things down, which creates really authentic, unfiltered moments.
The key is: don’t fight the weather — own it, and I’ll make sure it works in your favour.
RH Photography was born from my own wedding experience.
After spending thousands on a photographer, I got the images back… and honestly, I wasn’t blown away. They were fine, but something was missing — the emotion, the connection, the storytelling I had hoped for.
That disappointment sparked something in me. I kept thinking, “If I had the camera, I would’ve captured this differently.” I started learning, shooting, and exploring photography for myself — and quickly realised it wasn’t just about the gear or the poses — it was about seeing people, understanding moments, and telling real stories.
Now, I shoot weddings, food, and brands with the care I wish I’d received. RH Photography exists so no one has to feel underwhelmed with their once-in-a-lifetime memories. I know how important these moments are — and I don’t take them lightly.
