My most recent wedding in Scotland is my most memorable one. So much love and amazing energy from the couple and guests!

What about your business are you most proud of?
I'm most proud of the diversity of shoots I am able to offer. With experiences in so many different topics, I find it very easy to combine portraits, action shots, documentaries, and even interior photos at a wedding.
What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Start with the big group photo straight after the ceremony before everyone spreads out!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
The volleyball teams of the bride and groom played volleyball above the couple's heads after walking out of the ceremony venue. The couple was delighted!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Getting to know each other before the wedding doesn't necessarily mean we have to do a pre-wedding photo shoot, although it can help you warm up if you're very shy or anxious in front of the camera. But if you're feeling okay, a video call or a venue visit together makes a huge difference already. Receiving a shoot list before the wedding from the couple is a must for me, so we won't forget an important group photo. My aim is to be an invisible and calm influence on the day but also be present in the moments where needed. After the wedding day, I will be in touch as soon as possible with all photos from the day uploaded in an online gallery. You can either make the final selection yourself or you get me to do it! Your wedding, your photos, your choice! Nobody wants to wait months and months for their photos. Therefore I limit the number of weddings I accept during the year in order to deliver all photos within a maximum time frame of 2 months.

What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
A bride requested a photo of her peeing whilst wearing the biggest wedding dress I had ever seen.
