We are so pleased that we decided to go with Rachel - she is hugely talented but also warm and the exact person you want around on your special day. Rachel met with us before the wedding which helped put us at ease and gave even more time for a discussion about our needs - I think we gave Rachel a pretty tough brief as we really wanted candid shots that captured the essence of our day rather than staged family photos. And she absolutely nailed it!

Rachel captured our day exactly how it was, Fantastic! Although the weather was a little wet to say the least, she captured some great images of us and our kids on our wedding day. We are over the moon with our photos and we would highly recommend her services.

Rachel was really great! Very relaxed on the day and we asked for lots of candid shots of guests and we got some of the most incredible photos of friends and family, friends and family that never like photos of themselves and they loved these. I keep going back to these photos on difficult days and it makes me smile so much! Thank you!

Rachel did a beautiful job photographing our wedding! Friendly, professional, incredibly easy to work with, and with a wonderful eye for photos, she asked us in advance which shots we would like her to capture, and she made sure to get all of these, along with so many others we hadn’t even envisioned. Perhaps most importantly for us, she shared our love for dogs and therefore supplied us with plenty of photos of our beloved golden retriever and ring bearer.

Rachel offered a 5 star experience for us in a very challenging time. There was a very personal experience from the initial meeting to discuss what style of pictures we were hoping for, through all the changes that occurred through the pandemic restrictions to what turned out to be a very intimate day. Considering the wedding became 10 guests from what was meant to be 150, Rachel skills became evident with her ability to capture the day with not much content to work with. We now have the luxury of having experienced Rachel and the magic she can create with her lens and have booked her to capture the day all over again with all the guests we were hoping for originally.

We have hired Rachel twice now, most recently for our marriage/civil ceremony. Brilliant photographs, and a brilliant photographer to work with. During the shoot, Rachel is communicative, but unobtrusive, so the pics come out looking very natural. Exactly as we wanted. She also has a complete professional system online. So, post-shoot, prints, photo books, pretty much whatever you want are easy to obtain and of great quality.

Rachel was amazing as our photographer for our wedding in Edinburgh. She was responsive, professional, and super attentive to our requests. The final photo portfolio was excellent. We highly recommend her!!

Asking Rachel to take our wedding pictures was the best decision ever! I had worked with Rachel before and I knew that she would be perfect for our wedding. Rachel’s amazing gift is to capture those little impressions and emotions that are truly unique and special - at times funny, at times moving, and everything in between. We wanted to feel “ourselves” in our wedding pictures and that’s exactly what the photos portray… all captured through the experienced and beautiful eye of Rachel’s camera!
