My favourite wedding memory is newly married Sarah and Rose leading their entire wedding party through the busy town centre of Berkhamsted to their reception venue, with cars and passers-by stopping to offer their congratulations. It was such a joyful day!
Timeless, relaxed, colourful, natural, joyful!
I'm very proud to have received such wonderful reviews from all of my couples. I just love giving them wonderful memories to treasure.
Start planning early and prioritize the most important aspects of your wedding within your budget. Try to relax and enjoy the planning process as well as the big day itself - after all that hard work, it goes by in a flash!
Evangeline and Ed's wedding was by far the most personal wedding I've had the pleasure to attend. Eva made metres and metres of fabric bunting to decorate the avenue of trees where they held their hand-fasting ceremony. She also hand-dyed the ribbons for the hand-fasting, and made fabric napkins for each guest to use during the vegan afternoon tea in the woods.
They make an enquiry, we speak on the phone/meet, they hopefully love me(!) and book, we talk through details like timings, they get married, I capture beautiful memories for them!
Every wedding is unique, so I'm not sure I could pick just one. While I obviously capture all the must-have moments, some of my favourite images are the unguarded natural moments that you just can't plan in advance.
Don't let it upset you - the rain won't ruin your wedding but miserable newlyweds could do! If you're happy and having a lovely day then you'll get beautiful photographs whatever the weather.
I've always been a serial photographer, and love collecting memories to look back on. I bought my first 'proper' camera to capture those precious moments with my firstborn and quickly became obsessed with photography. I was still working at my day job while I practiced my craft, took courses and began to build my business. Now I'm thrilled to be able to call my passion my day job!
