Describe your typical process with a couple.
Humour wins and relaxes, so start by having a laugh, and finding out what the couple are after, my images are what I do, and the couple are who I do them for, so the process is fairly simple one of if my style fits then work together to get the couple what they want.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The important one is the one that shows them as them, that shows their personality.

Where we had the bridge and groom playing on a large electric car racing game....

Describe how you got into photography.
I bought a bridge camera for a holiday, and 'found' I was a landscape photographer, and found a calming escape, so learnt a bit, moved onto DSLR ('proper' cameras) and realised I could shoot more than landscapes, and enjoyed being a bit more sociable....
