1. Initial Inquiry & Discovery Call

Once you reach out, we’ll set up a relaxed, no-pressure chat (in person or over Zoom) to get to know each other, talk about your vision, and see if we’re the right fit. I’ll walk you through my approach and answer any questions you may have.

2. Booking & Planning

When you're ready to book, I’ll send over a customized proposal and contract. Once that’s signed and your retainer is paid, your date is officially reserved! Then the fun begins — I’ll help you plan timelines, recommend trusted vendors, and coordinate any engagement or pre-wedding sessions.

3. Engagement Session (Optional but Recommended)

This is a great way for us to get comfortable working together before the big day. It’s casual, fun, and captures this exciting chapter in your relationship.

4. Final Details & Timeline Prep

About 4–6 weeks before the wedding, we’ll have a final planning meeting to go over your timeline, must-have shots, and any special traditions or people to highlight. I’ll help make sure everything runs smoothly from a photography standpoint.

5. Wedding Day Coverage

On the big day, I’ll be there capturing moments as they unfold — from quiet behind-the-scenes details to big emotional highlights. My goal is to blend in, support your schedule, and document everything authentically and beautifully.

6. Editing & Delivery

After the wedding, I carefully hand-edit every photo to ensure consistency and quality. Your final gallery will be delivered in [X] weeks via a private online gallery, ready for sharing, downloading, and printing.

7. Album Design (Optional)

If you’ve chosen an album or print package, we’ll collaborate on selecting your favorite images and designing something truly meaningful — a keepsake you'll treasure forever.
