Neil is just an all-round great guy, the kind of person you definitely want at any party you’re throwing. He loves what he does, and you can feel that from the very first moment you meet him. He makes you feel totally at ease while taking your portrait photos. Even if you normally hate being in front of a camera, he somehow turns it into a fun experience. He’s also amazing at blending into the background. Most of the day you won’t even notice he’s around… until he suddenly pops up with a quick tip or small direction to make sure he captures the perfect shot. And once he’s finished and the party kicks off, trust me, invite him onto the dance floor too. You won’t regret it.

Glad we picked Pocket Square for our wedding photography. Beautiful style of photos and great service all round. It was great getting to do the taster shoot and meet Neil before we committed to booking him. He was brilliant on the day itself and it was a nice surprise getting a good number of preview photos sent through very promptly the morning after the wedding! Great selection of photos in the final gallery, and again, we got these sooner than we expected so that was a bonus! Wouldn't hesitate to recommend Pocket Square.

Neil took some amazing photos of our day, he made us feel really comfortable and brought some great energy to the day. He made sure we got some special couples pictures and lots of candid ones throughout the day. I really recommend booking Neil as a photographer for your wedding day. We found Neil on Bridebook & we met up with him for an engagement shoot not long after in the summer of 2023. We both felt really relaxed in his company & loved the photos we received back so booked him instantly. On the day Neil was fantastic, again felt so relaxed & he just really knows his stuff, the best angles and lighting and got amazing shots of us. He isn’t afraid to stand in the pouring rain of a storm to get the shot. We only have our sneak peaks back the now as only married 3 weeks ago but our jaws fell to the floor when we saw the, because they are out of this world. We are so excited to see what else we get back because going off what we have seen we are going to be in disbelief.

Neil captured our wedding beautifully! So many of our guests commented on how friendly he was and how he made everyone feel comfortable in front of the camera. We didn’t hire a videographer, so we wanted a photographer who could tell the story of our day in a natural, documentary style, and Neil absolutely delivered. Communication was seamless from start to finish, and the final photos are everything we hoped for and more. We couldn’t be happier with the photos and couldn’t recommend Neil more!

Neil was absolutely amazing, best photographer we could have wished for. The photos are so stunning and he made our wedding day so easy and relaxed. We can’t thank Neil enough for the amazing photos he captured of our wonderful day. Considering we lived up north and didn’t manage an ice breaker shoot with him before the big day, as soon as we met him he put us at ease with his humour and professionalism. The photos he captured not only of us during our couple shoot but the candid shots he got were fantastic. It gave us a glimpse into the parts of the day we missed and we are forever grateful. What an absolute hero Neil is. He is the kindest, most laid back and attentive photographer I have come across. Everyone was totally relaxed around him and most watched in amazement as he snapped through the movement of the day. We felt we could really enjoy our day and spend it with our people without being pulled for shots. Neil was happy to do anything with us and took the lead from us. He worked so well with all of our vendors and just fit right in. Neil travelled a long way with an early start but came into the getting ready part of the day with calm and supportive energy. Was an incredible photographer. Was incredibly patient and effective at herding up everyone for photos. Wheniy was time for the group shot he happily climbed up fire escape to get the perfect shot. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.
