After the initial enquiry I always arrange a teams call to chat to the couple about their day, to get to know each other and see if we gel and are a good fit.
It's important to pick a photographer you get on with as they're with you all day and to capture you at your most natural it helps to be comfortable around them.
Then if the couple wants me, I then send the contract and invoice to secure the date. Once the date is secure they receive the online wedding mag and pdf's to start planning their day.
