Do you have any hidden charges at all?
We have no hidden costs or charges, whet we agree with you is what you pay.
Do you do photography & video?
Yes we do both at the same time, we also have static cameras so we can also do a time-lapse of the entire event or wedding, so like a 12 hour wedding in 3 mins.
Our video package includes a ca 60 trailer teaser and then a longer highlight of the day video shot in cinematic, if the venue has a projector and screen we are sometimes able to pay the trailer before your guest go home.
How much is the deposit and when is the balance due?
Typically we have a £200 deposit which confirms the booking, the balance is due on image delivery which is normally around 3 weeks after your wedding/event.
Do you publish any client images on social media?
No, the way we see it, your wedding your pictures, so it's up to you if you want to share them online, we send you very easy links to be able to do that if you wish.
How do guest get pictures?
We use a secure gallery system with QR codes to pre register for release notification, the couple get to remove any pictures they don't want guests to have access to before we release a gallery to guests, you can use the QR code and link in any emails you send or printed stationary in advance, we also give out QR codes on the day to get as many people to pre register so you don't have to worry about getting pictures to your family or guests.
The system we use has all the media in one location, so all gallery pictures, any slideshows and videos, and if you have a budding content creator in the family or one of your friends has the time we can even do a blog for you about the wedding which allows us to mix pictures and videos in the blog gallery.
