Converse by email and telephone, meet to define your needs and budgets, show examples of our work, agree times, dates and fees, get lists of people and preferred photo setups, arrange to meet 4 weeks prior to the wedding to confirm/check any changes. Take deposit for booking which confirms our reservation of the day.
