Phil Rogers (The "PR" in PRCollections) is based in Rhos on Sea, North Wales. He's a multi award winning photographer having won over 65 awards as well as having images accepted into seven International Photography Salons, local exhibitions and stock libraries. The image of a bride reflected in a car headlamp was accepted into an International Photography Salon in Smederevo, Serbia in 2015. He joined the Guild of Photographers in 2007, qualifying in Weddings in 2008 and in the Professional section in 2011. As a member, he's bound by their professional code of conduct and he's fully insured with Public Liability and Professional Indemnity Insurance.
