What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I loved seeing handwritten name at each guest’s place setting.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I like to begin with a one-hour consultation to get to know the couple, understand their vision, and find out what they hope to get from the photography. Together, we create a personalised shot list to ensure all the key moments and details are captured.
After the wedding, I send a small selection of highlights within 2–3 days to keep the excitement alive. The full gallery is delivered within two weeks, and an online shop is opened so guests can purchase prints, frames, cards, and other keepsakes.
What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?
A beautiful portrait of the couple together — one they’ll want to keep forever, share with loved ones, and one day show their children. A timeless image that truly feels like them.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Let’s just say... it’s classified! Some moments are too funny (or too wild) to share — but they definitely made for unforgettable photos!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Bring a clear umbrella — it keeps you dry without hiding your outfits and looks great in photos. I actually love a rainy wedding day; grey skies create soft, flattering light and add a beautiful mood to the images
Describe how you got into photography.
I knew I wanted to be a photographer at 13, after experimenting with my dad’s old analog camera. I joined the local darkroom and had my first group exhibition at 16. By 21, I was in London working as a lighting assistant. Photography has always been my passion — I learn something new on every job, meet incredible people, and honestly can’t imagine doing anything else.
