My most memorable wedding was my first ever wedding. This kickstarted my love for capturing weddings and my passion has grown and grown.
Creative, Modern, Unique, Fun, Natural
I shot my first wedding when I was still in Secondary School at the age of 16. From there I studied it and the University of Cumbria in Carlisle, and fell in love with capturing special images of people. I then created my own business at the age of 21 and absolutely love what I do!
Plan early to avoid disappointment. Everyone gets booked up really quickly so you don't want your favourite supplier to get booked up.
I shot a wedding in September 2019, and absolutely fell in love with the couple and we still keep in touch. On their wedding day they actually brought all their games (Xbox, Wii, PS4, etc) and took the time to sit down and play against each other. This sums them up to a T, and it was such a personal touch at their wedding.
I'm with you every step of the way, from booking to the actual day itself. If you ever need a hand with anything - just ask! I'll always offer my support and advise.
I think that them personal shots of you both are always special and something you should take. I'll always steal you for around 20 - 30 minutes to get some shots by yourself. This always allows some breathing time for you and your other half to get some time away from everyone.
I've had the pleasure of photographing a tug of war at one of my 2022 weddings - it was the Yorkshire Puddings VS the Lancashire Sausages - Such an epic photo!
Sometimes rainy day can make the best photos! People don't use rain to their advantage. They can create some unique shots, and some creative reflection shots too.
Photography has always been my passion, ever since my Grandma put a LOMO 135 VS in my hands at aged 7. So, you could say a career as a Yorkshire-based photographer was bred into me.
As I grew older, my fascination for photography continued, and had me shooting my first wedding at just aged 16! Following this and various other photographic successes, I chose to refine my style and technique at University, which gave me the opportunity to showcase my work at Free Range in London.
Now a freelance photographer, every shoot is an opportunity for me to share my love for life behind the lens, with you
