If you're looking for friendly, laid back (yet highly organised) wedding photography - I'm your girl. I offer a full consultation service in the lead up to your wedding so I understand exactly what's important to you.
* Do you hate the thought of group photos but love casual family shots? Maybe you'd really love 20 family group shots for your album?
* Do you prefer beautiful, natural couple portraits or beautifully lit magazine worthy ones?
* Would you love to have a few 'mantlepiece' photos and then leave the rest to the fate of the party Gods?
Whatever your preferences, I'll know exactly want you want to see when you look back over your wedding photos and capture them for you.
I take a fly-on-the-wall approach to my photography and will weave in, out and around your day so your photos always remind you perfectly of your wedding. I'll be there for the bridal prep, ceremony, speeches, first dance and the party if you want me to be, and will take a creative approach to all of these to capture you some alternative memories too.
I never turn up to a wedding without back up cameras, batteries, memory cards and lights. I'm also completely militant in backing up your images and will have five full copies of your entire collection of images before I go to bed after your wedding! You'll even get a few sneak peeks while I'm doing this, so keep an eye on Whatsapp when you wake up!
After your day is over, I'll deliver you an online gallery of fully edited images to view at home and share. The gallery is linked to my preferred professional printer so your friends and family can order their prints directly from me, meaning you don't have to coordinate a huge list!
My fine art wedding albums are the perfect way to display your favourite images. I offer a full design service for your album and it'll never be sent to the printer unless you're 100% happy with it.

What is your most memorable wedding?
It was actually for a friend of mine who's fighting cancer. Seeing her braving treatment whilst planning a wedding was emotional, inspirational and food for the soul. She was absolutely beautiful wearing her dress and her smile, I don't think I've ever cried more at a wedding (and I cry at all of them!)

What about your business are you most proud of?
That it survived Covid and I didn't let anyone down! I'm also proud to have taken the leap from a full-time corporate job into my photography business because I believed in it so much.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Do it your way. Don't feel you have to have speeches, cake cutting and a first dance if you don't want them - just party with your friends if this is what makes you happy.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
I always love the personalised vows, they always make me laugh and cry - from promising to cut each others toenails to vowing always to hum their song. They get me every time.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After you reach out to me, I always send my brochure and request a meeting. It's really important to me that you book a photographer that you like and feel you can spend the day with. If that turns out not to be me after we've met, then I'm not offended, there's a perfect match for everyone! After that, I'll send you a quote and booking pack. All you need to do to book yourself into my diary is sign the contract and make the deposit payment of £250 and you've secured your date.
In the run up to your wedding, I'll send you a series of invoices to pay the balance of your photography package (I'll set the payments so they suit your budget and schedule), and then I'll ask you to fill out a questionnaire just before your wedding so we can agree on a schedule of photography. This includes making a list of those all-important group shots you might need.
After the wedding day, I'll send you a sneak peek (usually the same day) and then ask for 6-8wks to deliver your gallery. Then I'll design your wedding album with your favourite images and get that to you ASAP along with your USB.
Once we've finished, I hope to keep in touch with you to help you update your family photo albums over the years!
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
It's always the mantelpiece photo as this is the most requested photo from family after the day. It's actually the only photo where I'll ask you to stand together and smile at the camera!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Well, trends come and go but I've recently done a few trousers down photos with the bride and groom! The most fun one this year has been when a bride brought a bathtub and roller boots to the reception specifically for a styled shot - I've uploaded it into my photo gallery if you want to pop over and take a look.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Just go with it! I've always got umbrellas in my car and a plan B. The rain will often give us a window for group shots outside, if not, I always scope out an area at the venue where I can set up my lights and still get you your important group shots. In terms of couple shots, you can always get some great shots inside if we use our imagination, I always love a rainy couple shot too - I'm not afraid of getting a bit wet!
Describe how you got into photography.
It was an expensive hobby that turned into a passion and then into a career. I would work my full time job and then do family shoots and weddings in the evenings and weekends. When I was made redundant, I decided that the time was right to leap into photography full time and I've never looked back.
