Got to be the one where the Groom thanked his young adopted son and gave a real heartfelt speech dedicated to his new family. There wasn't a dry eye in the house.

Don't leave it too late to book your suppliers, they get busy.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Individual post ceremony cocktails representing the mix of Scottish and English heritage of the Bride and Groom. Everyone really enjoyed those.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Meet with them wherever they are most comfortable, their home, a nearby coffee shop, wherever suits them. Discuss the venue and some ideas for shots around it, is there a nice fountain, a beautiful garden etc etc? Discuss the couple's needs, what are they looking for from their photography, how many formal posed shots do they want? Just Get to know the couple, we're going to be interacting for the full day, their most important day. So it is important that we get along.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Just the couple, with nothing but pride and love in their eyes.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
The Rugby lineout and the bouquet was the ball.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Some brave souls to hold umbrellas.
Describe how you got into photography.
My passion is photography. I started taking pictures of my own family, landscapes and the like and moved on from there. Nothing gives me more pleasure than someone being absolutely delighted with the finished product they receive. Be it a commemorative flash drive or a beautiful album to treasure forever.
