Based in Barnetby, North Lincolnshire, Nest Craft Photography is dedicated to capturing the heartfelt, fleeting moments of your wedding day. Our goal is to tell your unique story as it naturally unfolds, creating timeless images filled with real emotion that you’ll treasure forever. If you want a wedding photographer who focuses on authentic connections and meaningful moments, you’re in the right place.
I believe wedding photography should feel natural, relaxed, and stress-free. My style is non-posed and unobtrusive, capturing the true atmosphere of your day without interrupting it. From the quiet anticipation while getting ready to the joy of your first dance, I aim to document your wedding honestly and beautifully. I especially love working with natural light and often explore outdoor settings to find the perfect shot.
I’m Tara, a lifestyle photographer specialising in weddings and family portraits. Photography has been my passion for as long as I can remember, and I love capturing the genuine connections between people. A few fun facts about me: I’m a plant lover, I met my husband while volunteering in Antigua, and I hold a Master’s degree in Digital Arts.
There have been so many great ones that it is hard to choose, however photographing a bohemian handfasting ceremony on a beautiful piece of land in the country was really unique.
Natural, non-obtrusive, creative, friendly and fun
Meet your photographer first. It is so important that you meet your photographer and build a good relationship with them before the big day as they will be with you for all of your wedding day and the more they know about your likes and dislikes the more they can help your day run smoothly.
I had one bride that had handmade lots of the decorations for the venue and it added such a unique personal touch.

Bring an umbrella as rain shouldn't stop you from getting those gorgeous wedding shots in fact sometimes it makes the shot. I will happily photograph in any weather and often the challenges of extreme weather bring out the most creative solutions.
I started back in University working as a trend fashion photographer to pay my way through my design degree. It was after my two children were born though I went into photography full time. Capturing them and lots of other families and couples over the years has been such a joy for me. I am incredibly lucky that I love my job and get to meet all these wonderful people along the way.
