Motiejus

We had the pleasure to have Motiejus as our wedding photographer in July 2022. The pre-wedding communication was very detailed and he was very understanding when we had to reschedule our wedding due to the pandemic. The quality of the photos are exceptional! He captured the details, the venue, the guests, but more importantly he captured the emotions and joy of the day. His photos tell a story, they paint a vivid picture of the events and the personalities of the wedding guests. He is an artist! We just can't recommend him highly enough! He will capture your memories in a way that will make you smile, laugh, cry with joy and feel like you're present in that moment when you glance over your photos.

There is not enough time to do Motiejus justice in just a few sentences!! He is the ultimate professional, yet feels like a friend from the moment you meet. His photos speak for themselves. Raw emotion is captured in the most beautiful, natural, yet stylised way. He is trustworthy, talented, and just genuinely a nice person. Motiejus traveled to the US for our wedding, and everything was seamless. During our events, he worked nonstop, capturing everything and more we could have imagined, yet somehow he still managed to remain inconspicuous and unobtrusive among the guests. My husband and I feel so fortunate to have had Motiejus as our photographer. His creative eye is truly something special. Trust your gut; it’s not possible for Motiejus to disappoint.

It was our pleasure to know Motiejus. I am an amateur photographer, so I do want to have very professional photo on my wedding. I searched on google, there are so many options, until I saw Motiejus’s page, I like the colour, warmth, focuses of moments of his work very much, I followed him on Instagram too, with all of his professional work, we eventually talked to him and decided he’s the one. Motiejus is a very professional wedding photographer. He sent us the a questionnaire to fill which helps me like a wedding reminder. A few days before, he reminded us to take photo shoots an hour earlier to catch the best sun light, we are so appreciative for this wonderful tip. We just received our photos from Motiejus last week, which is faster than I expected, also the quality is as fantastic as I was expecting. It’s the best Christmas present for me <3 I have recommended him to my friends, and we do look forward to working with Motiejus again in another big event.

I was recommended Motiejus's services from a colleague and I knew from the moment I first looked on his website that he was the photographer I wanted to capture our wedding day. We met up with him before making the booking to chat about what we wanted from our wedding photos and both myself and my fiancé really warmed to him and his approach. After the booking was secured, he was extremely helpful and responsive to any questions we had leading up to the big day. When the big day finally came, Motiejus captured some of the most amazing moments which I think other photographers could have missed. He had such a personal approach and made us and all of our guests feel extremely comfortable and we had many comments throughout the day about how amazing he was and that he was there at all the right times, without getting in the way. The day after the wedding we received a couple of images as a little taster of what was to come and both myself and my husband instantly fell in love with them and couldn't wait to see the rest. When our wedding album arrived in our inbox, we couldn't stop looking at them. The perfect memories from our perfect day with genuine happiness and smiles of everyone having fun. My husband and I searched for a while in order to find our wedding photographer, as we really wanted to make sure we could look back on good quality photos of the day for years to come. We are British and our wedding was in Italy, so also needed to make sure we could rely on someone to travel to our destination. We looked through online portfolios and spoke to a number of photographers with over email and by telephone. We instantly loved the work Motiejus had previously done, and naturally enjoyed speaking with him about the wedding. We agreed to book and scheduled a day to meet up and discuss the date, location and details of the wedding in detail. During our meeting we talked about loads of things that we wouldn't have even thought about, and had a laugh at the same time. His tips for weddings was really encouraging and helpful. We explained everything we wanted and liked, and felt as though Motiejus really listened and took all of the information in, while also advising us on other ideas and possibilities. After our meeting we were sent a questionnaire which included things like key people and desired photo locations etc. We admittedly filled this out a bit late, but was extremely helpful on the day, and helped with co-ordinating photos and people quickly yet personally. Motiejus was on time and enthusiastic throughout the day, and was constantly taking photos. We also found it lovely that he had a good laugh with us before the wedding which put us both at ease. He had a number of great ideas for places to take photos and ways in which to stand etc. It was clear that he had looked around the venue in depth before the ceremony in order to get the best shots, however listened to us if we wanted anything in particular. During the day he was everywhere but never in the way. By the end of the evening, we felt as though he was one of the guests rather than a photographer! We were treated to a selection of photos shortly after the wedding which really made us realise how good he is, and kept us extremely keen to receive the remainder. When the other photos followed it was certainly clear that he captured every moment of our special day, right from the lovely ceremony to the drunken dancing. The photos were of exceptional quality, and allowed us to relive the whole day again. The ways in which the photos were taken, and bits used in order to produce such fantastic photos was really impressive. Our family and friends have all commented not only on the day, but when we received the photos how professional, easy going and artistic he really is. We are so glad we choose Motiejus to do our wedding photos. From the first meeting he made us feel relaxed and at ease. We loved working with Motiejus at our destination wedding in South Asia and would highly recommend him! He is definitely the top talent in the field! Everything from the first conversation to trip arrangement, to taking pictures at our wedding as well as receiving the photographs and communicating with Motiejus during all stages was very smooth - he is very easy to deal with, very flexible and accommodating, always on time, he is really good at dealing with all sorts of people while taking their photographs (good sense of humor!) and the quality of his work is amazing! We had him take pictures for us for 5 days in a row, for several pre-wedding events, the main wedding event and for a trip we took with guests outside of town. He was very friendly and pleasant to have around, he took both spontaneous shots when no one would see and a few arranged group shots exactly as we wanted both indoors and outdoors, at day time and at night time. When we had a challenging situation with bad light at the main wedding event, he managed to resolve it and still make fantastic pictures with great colors. I love that his pictures look very natural, as they should be. Motiejus is a highly professional, hard-working photographer with a very friendly can-do attitude and a good sense of humor. We were very happy with his work and would highly recommend him!

Motiejus was an absolute star at our wedding. Not only we were really pleased with the photos, but also at how dedicated and experienced he was throughout the whole day, my guests felt the same way too.
