Mel was the best photographer that we could have wished for at our wedding. Mel went the extra mile (even getting into a bush!) to make sure that we had fantastic pictures of our big day. Our photos are absolutely stunning. We had a number of children at our wedding and Mel worked really well with them and took beautiful photos that will be treasured forever. From the small details to the big moments Mel captured it all and it is a pleasure to relive our wedding day through her photos. We can't recommend Mel enough!

Melanie was the perfect photographer for our special day. So calming, understanding, clear...just wonderful. And honestly, when we got our photographs back (amazingly quick btw! We were just coming back from our honeymoon 💕) we were in awe! We absolutely adored reliving our wedding day through Mels fantastic photographs of our favourite memories of the day. We laughed and cried and everything in-between too. I wish we could do it all over again but I am so glad we have Melanies incredible work to look back on for years to come.

My new wife and I used Mel B for our wedding in April 2022. We already vaguely knew her as a friend of friends but this was the first time that we got to know her properly. We had an amazing day and Mel's expertise only added to this fantasitc occasion. She met us before hand to discuss what we wanted, which was incredibly helpful as she came with a detailed plan which enabled us to make the most of the occasion and get all of the photos we wanted. On arrival on the day she put me at ease, taking various photos of be with my son and best man, and me alone, both posed and more natural ones. She then did the same with the bride, and her sons before discretely taking photos through the ceremony. Afterwards she arranged all the group and couple shots we had asked for, taking time with us and getting the best out of us. We really could not have asked for a better day and Mel was a big part of that.

Melanie was one of the best decision we made for our wedding. She was absolutely amazing in capturing all the key moments while people are in their element. She made people comfortable, and really went above and beyond. The photos were amazing. My bridal team wants to get married just so Mel can be the photographer ☺️

Where do I start! Mel is an amazingly talented photographer, we are in love with our wedding gallery and can't stop looking through the photos to relive our day. Mel is such a well needed calming presence and also amazing at coming up with ideas for photos throughout the day. We can't recommend Mel enough!

Being quite a shy person in front of the camera, Mel made me feel so at ease and captured the most amazing photos of every point of our special day! So much so I can’t choose which photos to put on our wall! I would highly recommend Mel and would definitely use her again for family shoots xxx

Mel was an absolutely incredible wedding photographer! Both my wife and I aren’t super comfortable in front of the camera and were worried about how this might effect the pictures - but Mel was able to put us at complete ease and the pictures turned out wonderful! On the day, she even arrived extra early to ensure she was there to take additional photos of the venue. She was also excellent when it came to rounding all the guests up for group photos! Couldn’t recommend Mel enough!

Mel took the time to really listen to what we wanted in terms of our wedding photography, and she translated that incredibly well in the photos. She captured our wedding day and wedding guests beautifully whilst ensuring that everyone was relaxed. Nothing felt staged or forced, exactly what we wanted. Thank you Mel x

Mel was honestly incredible from the outset, she met us for a coffee to get to know our style, was INCREDIBLE with our daughter, who responded immediately to her and was just lovely. Despite us being slightly awkward, she bought us out of our shell during the pre wedding shoot, and this put us at ease for the day. On the day she was super early, was smiley and lovely to all of our guests, wasn’t too demanding and was very accommodating to the fact we didn’t want to spend too long away from the wedding party. She made it so fun and was a huge hit at the wedding. After a mix up with food boxes, we offered Mel to sit with us and eat, which she gracefully accepted, and was perhaps the most popular person at the table and fit in perfectly with our guests. To top it all off, the turn around for our photos was so quick, and they were AMAZING! Absolutely beautiful and fun, and perfectly captured our day and personalities! I genuinely feel like I won the lottery stumbling across Mel’s website, and honestly couldn’t recommend her enough!
