Based in the heart of Cheshire, Megan Parsons is a wedding photographer who specializes in capturing the genuine, beautiful moments that make your day uniquely yours. Her style is natural and elegant, focusing on relaxed, authentic interactions rather than stiff, posed shots. Megan’s goal is to create a visual story that truly reflects your personalities and the emotions of your wedding day.
Couples often describe Megan as more than just a photographer — she’s a calming presence and a supportive friend who blends seamlessly into your celebration, helping everyone feel comfortable and at ease in front of the camera.
Megan believes your wedding photos are more than just images—they’re lasting memories. She documents every part of your day, from the nervous excitement of getting ready to the energy on the dance floor, ensuring your full story is beautifully told.
While based in Cheshire, Megan also photographs weddings across Shropshire, Birmingham, North Wales, and throughout the UK. Her passion for natural light and stunning landscapes means she’s ready to travel wherever your celebration takes place.
I love live music, so for me, ones that really stick in my head are when there's been a live band/saxophonist/entertainer. It is so amazing seeing guests getting involved and enjoying the music!
Natural Light, True to Life, Bright and Beautiful
I always go above and beyond for my clients, and am regularly told how friendly I am, which makes me feel immensely proud that my personality shines through to others!
Remember, it is your day, not your guests! You'll remember this day for the rest of your life, so make sure you're realising your own visions.
Mini shot bottles as favours; makes for some funny photographs!
Let's start with a friendly chat! If you want to book with us, we'll then schedule a 'Pre-wedding' consultation to go over the finer details, and look through shots/poses to get your wishlist! Then it's relaxing for you ready for the big day, and I'll be in touch a few days prior to finalise details! After that, it's time to marry!
Under the veil (if you have one)! If not, then it has to be the big kiss!
The bride acting as superwoman 'lifting' the groomsmen up! (Lots of editing involved to add realism, but was a good laugh for us all)
Don't let the weather stop you! Trust me, the rain can make some dramatic photographs; but it's the couple's choice whether to have a 'rainy day' backup location for their special day.
Through pure love of what I do! It started off as a hobby, going away with my other half for the weekend, but then I just found I enjoy it too much to not turn it into a career!
