What is your most memorable wedding?
I love live music, so for me, ones that really stick in my head are when there's been a live band/saxophonist/entertainer. It is so amazing seeing guests getting involved and enjoying the music!
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Creative, Relaxed, Candid, Documentary, Romantic
What about your business are you most proud of?
I always go above and beyond for my clients, and am regularly told how friendly I am, which makes me feel immensely proud that my personality shines through to others!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Remember, it is your day, not your guests! You'll remember this day for the rest of your life, so make sure you're realising your own visions.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Mini shot bottles as favours; makes for some funny photographs!
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Let's start with a friendly chat! If you want to book with us, we'll then schedule a 'Pre-wedding' consultation to go over the finer details, and look through shots/poses to get your wishlist! Then it's relaxing for you ready for the big day, and I'll be in touch a few days prior to finalise details! After that, it's time to marry!
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Under the veil (if you have one)! If not, then it has to be the big kiss!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
The bride acting as superwoman 'lifting' the groomsmen up! (Lots of editing involved to add realism, but was a good laugh for us all)
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Don't let the weather stop you! Trust me, the rain can make some dramatic photographs; but it's the couple's choice whether to have a 'rainy day' backup location for their special day.
Describe how you got into photography.
Through pure love of what I do! It started off as a hobby, going away with my other half for the weekend, but then I just found I enjoy it too much to not turn it into a career!
