Brilliant all round!

Mark made us feel very special as a couple from the word go. He made such an extra effort to tailor his photos to our needs to make sure nothing was missed. Always quick to answer emails and offered assistance in the planning of the wedding based on his previous experience. He presented himself well and very smartly and had a large range of portfolios to view. This gave us a good idea of his work. He offered different packages to suit various budgets, was honest from the beginning and seemed very well organised. After the wedding we were invited to Mark's studio where we were shown the photos. He also made us a beautiful video of our photos set to music which we have proudly shown to all our family and friends. This allowed the wedding to extend. Brilliant all round!

My mum says that Mark was the pseudo mother of the bride.

From the moment we met Mark we knew that he had to be our photographer. Incredibly friendly yet professional, we felt comfortable and knew that he was someone we wanted to be a part of our wedding day, and boy did we not regret that gut decision. Mark was always at the end of the phone or email, he helped us put together the timetable today, and brought his experience, passion and talent to produce some absolutely stunning photos that we will treasure for the rest of our lives, and beyond! We had a pre-wedding shoot in Greenwich ahead of the wedding which helped us get to know Mark and also relax when having photos. We were even more excited for the actual day, and the results, again, were stunning! On the actual wedding day, Mark and his assistant were always there, but never in the way, and captured the perfect combination of posed shots and natural shots. My mum says that Mark was the pseudo mother of the bride, as in the morning when we were getting ready he was amazing! For example, he noticed I was looking very nervous and shakey, and ran across the road to get a bottle of water and a straw so not to ruin my make up. Our guests complimented how amazing and polite Mark was on the day. A true gentleman. When viewing our photos, we went to his studio in Cambridge - it was so lovely to see Mark again, and I hope we will keep in touch with him for a long time! Thank you Mark - we will recommend you to anyone who asks (or doesn't!)

Mark was engaging, funny and really listened.

One word 'Legend' Mark one million percent was a superstar both during the planning of our wedding and on the actual day. I am not great in front of a camera and was quite specific in what I did/did not like in terms of shots and he nailed it. He made me feel comfortable every minute throughout our special day. I promise you all of our 75 guests complimented us on choosing Mark for so many reasons - he's a true gentleman, thoroughly dedicated to his art and it shows through his professionalism. I had searched Google for photographers in Cambridgeshire that shot in a certain style of photo that we wanted. Mark was actually recommended to us by another photographer who I had contact (she was already booked on the date we wanted and thank goodness she was!) Mark came highly recommend. I loved his style of photography on his website so immediately phoned him. Mark was engaging, funny and really listened and understood what we wanted so I booked him at the end of that initial phone call. Mark took the time to drive to Peterborough a few weeks later where we live for a consultation meeting which only reaffirmed our choice of photographer. You are a Star!

An absolute delight!

It was an absolute delight having Mark photograph our wedding day.  Not only did he capture our special moments beautifully, but he did it in such a way that made both us and our guests feel incredibly comfortable. The before and after service that Mark offers is staggering, and as a bride and groom we were made to feel special from our initial meeting with him up until this day 7 months after our wedding.  We can't wait for future celebrations so we can have Mark join us once again!

Five star service and superb photos.

“Mark was recommended to us by another photographer so we knew his work would be of an excellent standard but what we received from Mark was so much more than our stunning wedding photos. He is a true gentlemen with the ability to put the most nervous bride and groom at ease, a superb organiser who looks after every photography detail (pre wedding shoot, scoping out your venue, meeting the key guests) and a photographer who continues to surprise and amaze his couples from start to finish. It was a genuine pleasure to have Mark as our wedding photographer and we’d highly recommend him to any couple looking for a five star service and superb photos. “

What is your most memorable wedding?

A same sex wedding held on board the Cutty Sark in Greenwich. The ceremony was held at Queens House part of the Greenwich Maritime Museum then the guests were transported on a Route Master bus to the historic Cutty Sark. From the grandeur and surroundings of the Royal park to Cocktails and drag queens nothing was left out of this amazing day. Truly stupendous!

What about your business are you most proud of?

Receiving 100% positive feedback from all my past couples and being shortlisted as regional finalist for wedding photographer of the year 2017 & 2018 for East of England. This is based in part on feedback from my couples.

What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?

Choose a wedding photographer that you can get along with and one that makes you feel comfortable. Having fun and being relaxed around your photographer will show in your images and your guests will love him too!

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?

One with people that mean the world to you. Something that is simply an image today will soon become your most treasured photo of a loved one who is no longer around to tell you how much they care and love you.

What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?

An umbrella and a sense of adventure. Rain doesn't dampened the creativity. Embrace it!

Describe how you got into photography.

Photography has always been a passion but more so as a hobby. Putting that all on hold while I pursued a career in retail I finally picked up my camera again and turned my hobby into a business. Working for a retailer who's customers service levels are paramount has ensured that those skills have transferred to my own business and are as vital as my skills as a photographer.
