Describe your typical process with a couple.
Meet to discuss wedding, show portfolio, answer questions, pay via chip & pin. Send four page questionnaire to be completed by couple, meet to discuss questionnaire final details at venue. Wedding itself. Two to four weeks after wedding deliver online gallery with password, further two weeks delivery final images and slideshow.
