A beautiful summer wedding in the Lake District. It is memorable for the stunning views and the genuine joy captured on the couples faces.
Creative, documentary and romantic portraits.
The relationship I have with my clients! I get on really well with my couples and we just get each other. That's why a big chunk of my wedding bookings come from client referrals.
To have a ball at the wedding! Forget the finer details or anything that didn't go just right and squeeze every drop out of your day !
I have heard some wonderful and memorable speeches at weddings! It's one of my favourite parts of the day, you can really tell how loved the bridal couple are by their friends and family.
We would chat a bit about the wedding day by phone, in person or on email and get a feel for each other. Sometimes we would do an engagement shoot to get used to being photographed, I find this to be a great ice breaker.
The gorgeous couples portrait !
The groom and his uni mates with a stuffed animal, there was a story behind it, I didn't ask !
Get wet ! I have taken the most beautiful couples photos in the rain. I travel with umbrellas as well !
It was my favourite hobby that turned into a dream and then I decided to go for it. I studied professional photography and then started doing wedding workshops with brilliant photographers of different styles. I have acquired a range of skills and you will often see my work reflects fine art photography, yet also documentary and natural moments.
I had the chance to second shoot with an amazing photographer and then went on to shoot my first wedding on my own, and my business has slowly snowballed from there.
