MAC Photography

We found Mac by chance whilst looking through bridebook. Quite lucky really as he doesn’t advertise. We booked an appointment with him and he came to visit us at our house to talk through our requirements for our big day. He was so friendly and we felt like we knew him after only a short time. We especially liked that Mac had done weddings at our venue before so knew all the good spots for photos. We met Mac at the venue about a month beforehand to do a pre wedding shoot and the photos were amazing. It meant that on the day we knew where we were going when having photos of just the two of us, and it made things run a bit quicker. We got the photos back quite quickly and were so pleased with them. Such a lovely way to remember our day.

Mac was simply amazing. We asked for as many natural photos as possible and thats exactly what we got. Can't thank him enough for helping to make our wedding just perfect. Very friendly, reliable and professional.

Mac shot our wedding in 2016. To this day I still get people admiring our photos from both our big day and engagement shoot which was included in the price. MAC was the photographer for my daughter’s wedding in July this year. The photos are beautiful- a lovely collection of memories of a wonderful day.

I first had the pleasure of seeing Mac’s handiwork when he photographed the engagement and then the wedding of my friends in June 2016. After seeing the quality of the images he produced and seeing they were not all posed, I reached out to him to enquire booking him for our wedding. Mac replied within minutes and answered all my questions. I explained that both my husband as myself were a little camera shy. Having endless photos taken was something we were both dreading. Mac reassured me that we didn’t have to take hundreds if we didn’t want too and we didn’t have to pose. We arranged to meet up and talk through any more questions. I needn’t have worried. Within 10 minutes if meeting the 3 of us were laughing, Mac instantly put us at ease. We knew that we definitely wanted him to capture our big day. He talked us through how he works and gave us some paperwork to read at our leisure. The photography on the day was fantastic, Mac was unobtrusive and made everybody feel at ease while making sure we got all the shots we wanted. He even stayed late (because we were behind schedule) to ensure we got one of us cutting the cake. He posted some edited pictures the following day and we had a full online gallery of over 600 photos within a week. The photos are all fantastic, far more than I ever hoped for and best of all Mac got my husband to pose for a few! We’ve had lots of compliments from family and friends. We’ve been married for just over 3 months now and Mac is still in touch with us. He’s also carried out some specific edits I’ve required. We couldn’t have found anyone better. THANK YOU SO MUCH MAC!
