Lucy photographed my wedding and I couldn’t be happier with the outcome! The pictures are absolutely beautiful! Lucy has a very ‘behind the scene’ feel on the day and I barely noticed she was there! I asked her to capture ‘real’ action shots and she did absolutely that! Very happy customer - would highly recommend!

Our experience of Lucy McAlpine Photography is all positive. The wedding photos we received were a brilliant and enriching representation of our special day. She captured the beauty of the venue, caught our guests (and us) in natural poses throughout the day and the clarity and composition of the pictures are just fantastic. The group photos were done quickly and efficiently, rather than being an arduous affair, whilst the same could be said for the photos of us wandering the grounds – we didn’t feel like we missed much of the party whilst she found some great spots to capture us as a couple. Importantly, we feel Lucy captured the key moments during the service and the wedding breakfast (plus some pre-wedding shots of the bride getting ready) without feeling intrusive or contrived. We can’t sing her praises enough!
