The last wedding I shot was simply stunning with a million little details to find, the one before saw me stumbling about on a moving double decker bus. I once shot a 2 day Sikh wedding in London with a cinderella horse and carriage. Every wedding is memorable, every wedding is unique.
fluid, thoughtful, colourful, intimate, fun.
That I treat every photo and every job with equal respect. I put Quality at the forefront of all my work.
Don't organise it around the wants and needs of others. Embrace your true selves and plan your day to be exactly how each of you want it to be.
I have been to lots of wedding where the favours were seeds, which is fabulous on it's own, but one couple had gone to the trouble of individually screen-printing each seed packet with the details of their wedding. Because of the screen-printing process every packet was unique and because the groom had done it himself, it didn't break the bank.
The process varies depending on the couple that have been in contact. Some couples are already sure about the package and services that they would like and want to move directly onto the booking phase. Others are less sure and would like a bespoke package created for them, in which case we arrange to meet up and discuss their requirements before I design their package and provide them with a full quote. Once a package of services has been agreed I send them an invoice and a questionnaire designed to collate the information I need to draw up a contract for the work. Once the contract has been agreed and the deposit (20%) has been paid, the wedding is fully booked. A few months prior to the wedding, we arrange a date and time for their pre-wedding shoot, this normally takes place 1-2 months before the wedding, but can be anytime at the couple's convenience. The final balance for payment is due 2 weeks before the date of the wedding. After the wedding the photos will be edited and delivered to the couple on a wooden USB stick, or in a wooden photo presentation box if that option has been chosen, 4-6 weeks after the wedding.
A photo where the couple are interacting with each other in a completely natural moment, plus at least 1 photos with everyone there, it's a wonderful thing to look back on!
