Locian are with you the whole of the way from booking your wedding photography to handing over your images. It will be one of the most important days of your life and we intend to capture those moments for you. Locian always have backup equipment and an assistant on hand at every wedding giving piece of mind to all parties. We have a reputation for high quality and friendliness. We strive to get the best images possible working tirelessly yet staying friendly and for the most part remaining unobtrusive (unlike many wedding photographers). Our wedding style is a subtle mix of old and new consisting of super colour images along with a healthy number of very carefully created b&w images. Our shooting method includes contemporary candid reportage styles along with more traditional group shots and poses and compositions. Our aim is to recreate traditional methods through replicating colours, tones and grain of many bygone film types from the black & white days of Ilford to the wonderful colours of Agfa and Kodak, this all alongside strikingly sharp and high contrast modern digital finishing. Our most important features are being your friends on your big day, faces you recognise and are comfortable around - this helps you relax and makes for better pictures and secondly we get as much or as little coverage as you choose and present them in a stylish and unforgettable medium.
