Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Candid, Elegant, Romantic, Creative and Fun
What about your business are you most proud of?
I take immense pride in the personal touch I bring to every wedding. What sets my business apart is the genuine care I have for each couple's experience. Beyond capturing beautiful moments, I'm dedicated to ensuring a seamless and joyful journey from our first phone call to the delivery of your cherished memories. Your story is unique, and my passion lies in creating not just stunning photos but also a memorable and deeply personalized experience for every client.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
I know that planning a wedding is such a big thing to do and I am always here to help couples with all the questions that come with that. One thing I like to advide my couples to think of - your day should be about the two of you getting married, so leave enough time in your day to fit in a moment for just the two of you.
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
This is a hard one.. but one that sticks out in my mind was donut themed wedding in Castle Donington. The couple's deep affection for donuts prompted them to weave this sweet passion into every aspect of their celebration, even their wedding cake was crafted entirely from a towering stack of delicious donuts.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I genuinely enjoy connecting with couples before the big day. Typically at the beginning, we connect through a phone or video call to get to know each other and determine if we're the good match. If possible, I love to meet the couple at least once in person before their big day. Pre- wedding phoshoot can be a great opportunity for that. Think of it as having a friend accompanying you on your special day, not a complete stranger.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
One that shows them relaxed, happy, looking at each other, and totally unaware of the world around them.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
You not gonna believe it...family photographs - this is possibly the part of the day that is fairly traditional & people generally get bored doing these but these are the ones you will look back in on fondly to come.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
To get photos in the rain! Some of the most unique shots are taken in the rain. I recommend clear umbrellas and possibly even wellies. I am equipped to capture captivating moments indoors as well. My lighting setup ensures that we can create striking photos regardless of the conditions, including those on a rainy day.
Describe how you got into photography.
I always loved taking photos, but after getting my first digital camera, I got hooked. I fell in love with photography and I enjoyed learning every aspect of it.
My wedding career started after shooting at the weddings of my friends. Seeing those moments as photos felt incredible. That was it! Celebrating joyous occasions led me to a true passion. For me as a big sentimentalist, I realized capturing all those emotions and memories was a perfect fit.
