Jenny & David - a military wedding with two venues, two beach shoots, a beautiful church on an isolated beach, a London Routemaster double-decker bus, fantastic weather, lovely people and lots of laughter and tears.
Relaxed, professional, courteous, engaging, friendly
That we leave weddings as friends, not photographers
Get to know your photographers - they will be with you throughout the day so you'd better like them!
Meet them, drink coffee, chat and chat some more. Provide a detailed schedule for the day for them to visualise how the day will run. Meet them again (at least once) to make sure they are happy. Shoot the wedding with 100% commitment. Write a blog with 30-ish images of the day one week after the wedding. Edit the whole shoot and provide a personal web gallery 4 weeks after the wedding. Enjoy the fantastic feedback. Wait for choices to be made. Produce images - in an album, on a stick, printed, framed, however our clients want. Enjoy the fantastic feedback. Meet up for coffee whenever they come back to Cornwall. That's all there is to it!
A romantic stroll along one of our wonderful Cornish beaches
Don't stress, make the most of the day, and remain flexible to make the most of any good weather.
It was our life-change decision after many years of corporate life. Escape to Cornwall and retrain as professional photographers. And it worked!
