Oh I have so many favourite weddings! I absolutely love them all!
A great thing I loved at 1 wedding was a dove release. It was such a beautiful display.
Candid, Natural, relaxed, friendly, helpful.
I'm super proud of how far I have came within a year. I started my first wedding in November 2020, This was a make or break wedding for me. It was my first experience and I worked it for free to see if wedding photography was for me. And I absolutely loved it!! That day, I knew I wanted to be a successful wedding photographer.
2 years later, and I have captured over 60 weddings!
I feel soo proud and honoured when a couple chooses me to capture their wedding day. It's a huge responsibility and I try my upmost BEST to provide my couples with images that will last a lifetime! Capturing all those little moments that a couple would often miss.
Don't let others bring you down. It's your day, plan it how you would like. :) The only people you need to please are you and your Fiance.
I really do love the bouquet charms of passed loved ones. It's a beautiful way to have your loved ones close to you while you walk down the Isle.
This is totally dependent on the couple. Some couples like to call me to discuss their day and this is completely manageable. Otherwise, I offer my quotes via email/message, full with all the information which you can then discuss with your Fiance. Once you have decided to book with me, I will email you my terms & conditions, Contract and booking form along with my details for your booking fee which will secure your booking.
For half and full day packages I offer a free pre wedding shoot to be held 1 or 2 months prior to your wedding date. At the pre shoot we will have a 20/30 minute photoshoot, then discuss your wedding day plans and go through a questionnaire so that I am ready for every moment of your day.
Portraits 100%. Having a photo of you both together which you can display. I like to do a few standard poses where you are looking straight towards the camera, This is great for parents/grandparents which like to display a photo of you in their home.
Then the rest of your portraits are mainly intimate ones of you looking at eachother, whispers in the ear, laughter. This is your time away for all the hussle and bussle of the day. Your time to speak to eachother and spend that quality time together. Im usually backed away which my zoom lens getting lots of natural photos of you both. With little direction to get those perfect shots showing off your love and affection.
Guests often ask me to take photos of them which I will happily oblige.
The bride and groom often tell me they are nervous infront of the camera and much prefer candid images. This is great as it is 100% my style! When I take the portrait shots these are manly natural poses rather than staring into the camera. I get couples to go for a walk which is their quiet downtime to reflect on the day and talk. To often couples dont get much time together on their wedding day.
I have my couples cuddle, kiss, take a walk, and sit together whilst keeping a small distance to capture natural moments of laughter and those moments when the groom looks lovingly towards his bride.
Don't worry about it! Unfortunately we haven't mastered controlling the weather.
It's what you make of it :) Have an umbrella handy (I usually have 1 or 2 in my car), these make GREAT props! For some AWESOME images!
I used to do some modelling, but I have always had a passion for photography. My Fiance bought me my first DSLR camera for Christmas 2018. From there I done free photoshoots for family and friends, then I progressed onto the public. I started with family photography and cake smashes which I loved! But now my passion really is within wedding photography!
I love each and every wedding I capture!
