Highly recommend Ben at Lavenham Photographic. This is the 2nd time of working with Ben due to him doing the photography for my sisters wedding as well as mine. Ben is very easy to get on with, but also makes sure he gets photos, even all the small bits so you do not miss or forget a single bit of your day! We can't thank Ben enough for our wedding photos and are over the moon with them!

I want to thank you for everything you did for us before, during and after the wedding. Ben was very upfront from the beginning on the process and how he works so we were aware of everything prior to the wedding. Ben made it a point to find out our families names added a personal touch. We did not feel at any point that we needed to do coordinating with Ben because he knew his way around our venue and spoke to everyone. This helped us feel more relaxed on the day and we never worried once. Everyone loved Ben and could tell how much effort he had put into being able to communicate with everyone when we had friends and family who did not speak English. He went the extra mile for everyone. This was very much appreciated by everyone. Ben’s ability to make a single shot look effortless cannot be underestimated. All our photos are outstanding and we had a hard time choosing those that we wanted in our wedding albums. If we could, we would have added all of them (not possible). We always said that we wanted a leather album and Ben gave us that! In just a month, we had our photos and the album not long after that. The service was outstanding too! Thank you again Ben and thank you Lavenham Photographic!

Ben was absolutely incredible as our photographer for our wedding back in July at Gosfield Hall! The photos were even better than we could have hoped for and captured our special day so perfectly. From our first contact with Ben, everything was so personal and comfortable—he made the effort to get to know us as a couple and knew exactly who all of the wedding party were on the day. On the day itself, we were just able to relax and enjoy the day together, never feeling awkward or rushed, with Ben sometimes being more of a fly on the wall capturing some of our truly most special moments. Ben’s knowledge of the venue was incredible, taking us to areas we’d never even considered having photographs taken and even knowing the best time of day for each location, resulting in some amazing photos as the sun began to set. Ben even managed to turn what in reality had been a bit of a waistcoat debacle and a stressful morning for the groom into some wonderful getting ready shots with his groomsmen. We were incredibly excited to see all of the photos and had expected them some time after our honeymoon, but not only is Ben an outstanding photographer, he is extremely efficient, resulting in a wonderful surprise delivery of the photos to our inboxes whilst still on our honeymoon! We love looking back through our photos and experiencing the whole day again, with our canvas taking pride of place in our living room! We can’t recommend Ben enough! Thank you, Ben! Mr & Mrs Holmes

We had the most amazing photos taken by Ben at Lavenham Photographic! He’s professional, considerate and captures every moment. We loved the candid photos of us just being ourselves as well as the group photos that were more staged. Ben knew our venue perfectly which allowed for a streamlined process the entire day. We couldn’t recommend Ben enough!

We first met Ben back in Jan 2024 and finally had our day on 08.10.25 at Parklands and Ben was amazing every step of the way. We want to say thank you so much for capturing our magical day. You made all the photo taken seem so easy, and as you know we were worried about how we would look due to not being very photographic people but WOW WOW WOW! They are stunning, I had tears in my eyes looking through them and how beautiful every single photo was. It was like we were experiencing the whole day again. All our guest said how friendly you were and they absolutely loved looking through the photos and have said how brilliant you are. We would highly recommend Ben for your big day, he is truly talented!

We used Ben for our Wedding in August last year (I know, I’m very late for this review!) and choosing him was one of the best choices we made for our special day. Ben ensured that my long list of photos were captured as well as every single moment throughout our day. Most of the time, we hardly knew he was there but when he needed to gather a group, he did so we didn’t have too. We were even lucky enough to see a few sneak peaks during our meal, even while he was meant to be eating, he was editing away! Our photos turned out absolutely beautiful and we now have these memories to cherish for a lifetime, all thanks to Ben! Again, thank you. Ben was very professional and helpful and made us feel very relaxed during our wedding photo session. The photo's are fantastic and we had a canvas done which was stunning. The wedding albums we had done were fantastic including a photo of our choice on the front. Ben had a eye for what photos were really effective such as the one on our webpage display. We would highly recommend Ben for any photographic needs.

I don’t know where to start other than one word, AMAZING! That’s what Ben is! From the moment we had our first call with Ben, we knew we were in safe hands. The packages that he offers are incredibly competitive and the photographs he captures are just beautiful. We mean this as a compliment but Ben just blends in the background of the wedding as if you don’t even know he’s there, working hard to ensure every single moment is caught in a photo. Ben was our photographer for our wedding, he was very friendly, easy to talk to and captured such amazing photos of our wedding day. He asked if there were any particular shots we wanted, answered all my questions and was very professional. He took shots I didn’t even notice him taking and captured all of our guests enjoying the day. I am so happy with the finished photos and would definitely recommend Ben for any event!
