Lauren May Photos

Lauren you have beautifully captured the happy memories of our wedding day and I am so pleased you were our photographer! Like Lauren we love candid’s, and a relaxed approach to getting the best photographs perfectly suited both our wishes and Laurens style. As a couple that don’t ordinarily pose for couple photos, I’m happy to say that Lauren made us feel very comfortable throughout the day. We can’t recommend Lauren highly enough. From helping out with little things in the morning like; hand delivering a card to my dad and playing Spice Girls on request when I was on the verge of getting emotional, she was perfect. Prior to our wedding day Lauren asked us if there was anything she should know for our big day and whilst there wasn’t anything in particular, we wanted to set Lauren a challenge. Gladly she accepted. We tasked Lauren with taking a candid of us and withholding all copies until our first (paper) anniversary! We are so excited that you love our idea as much as us and we can’t wait to see the photo next year. Lauren thank you again for capturing memories that will last a lifetime

We loved Lauren! She was our wedding photographer and she was fab! On the day she was like a part of the family, running around delivering messages and even helping with buttonholes. I was very nervous and she calmed me down and put me at ease for photos. I actually hate having my photo taken but Lauren made it so easy! I would recommend Lauren without hesitation!!! The quality of the photographs are worth every penny, couldn’t be happier. Thank you Lauren!!

We really can’t thank Lauren enough for the beautiful photos she took of our wedding day! Lauren was so professional from beginning to end and fitted right in with all of our guests. From helping pin buttonholes to putting my bouquet in water after the ceremony, Lauren really was amazing - one of our guests even asked if she was our wedding planner! We knew as soon as we started planning our wedding that we wanted Lauren as our photographer and she really made us feel at ease from day one. We loved that her photos aren’t posed and really capture the natural, relaxed atmosphere of the day. When we received our photos back it was so lovely to see that moments had been captured that we might have otherwise missed! The photo booth at our evening reception was an excellent addition and all of our guests loved their pictures to take home. Lauren actually printed off a couple of photos for us on the evening so we would have some to frame straight away, which we thought was such a touching gesture and made us even more excited to see the rest. Lauren gave us the most beautiful memories to look back on from our wedding day. She was there right from the beginning, even helping out with jobs, getting me ready and capturing perfect moments. Lauren made us feel relaxed, comfortable and she was flexible with all of our changing schedules. Lauren's photos were natural and beautifully put together! She set up an amazing photobooth in the evening with a guest book and even poloroids for the guests to take away, which was so much fun and was used a lot!! Shortly after the day, she sent us a wonderful preview slideshow of the highlights, which was gorgeous! We have just seen the rest of the photos and they are all perfect! Honestly Lauren, what a talented photographer you are! Thank you for giving us something so special that will last a life time.

5 stars simply aren’t enough to rate Lauren’s photography! She joined us in Tuscany in September and captured our special day like a dream. Lauren felt just as much our guest as our photographer, joining in on all the fun, capturing all the moments naturally and never pushy - allowing us to fully enjoy our special day (weekend!) which is 110% reflected in her images. We would recommend her work to anybody, Lauren has a natural talent for capturing the perfect moments you don’t even realise are happening while you’re swept up in a wedding whirlwind! And when life goes back to normal you’ve got the memories to treasure forever. Hope you enjoyed yourself as much as we did Lauren and thank you for being such an important part of our day!
