Laura photographed our wedding on the 22nd August 2019. From start to finish Laura was so professional. The photos we have received from both our engagement shoot and wedding day are fabulous. Lots of natural shots which is what we had asked for. She has such an eye for detail and this shows in the photos. Thank you so much Laura, we have wonderful pictures to look back on our wonderful day.

We booked Laura Rachel Photography as we felt all the photos were individual to the client. The engagement shoot that was included in our package was at a location of our choosing and since neither of us felt comfortable in front of a camera, a great opportunity to get used to the being photographed. Laura really put as ease by being friendly and talkative while giving us tips on how to take a good photo. This really helped reduce the nerves of having the camera around on the wedding day. On the big day itself, Laura and her assistant were wonderful and all their experience came across in how proficiently all of the photos were organised. We felt comfortable and at ease and to be honest didn’t even notice they were there half the time. We have just received the wedding photos and can honestly say they are amazing. Laura and her team really managed to capture the feel of the day and our style as a couple. All the pictures feel personal and looking through them takes us back to the moment. Laura Rachel Photography managed to capture and convey the emotions that were experienced on the day and we can’t wait to see the album.

Laura captured our intimate wedding day in December 2017 so beautifully so we had to have her photograph our blessing in May. Laura’s eye is just incredible! She made me look like Beyoncé (kind of) and Graham looked even more like Prince Wills (again - kind of!) The lighting, the angles and her aura are just fabulous. I would recommend her ten times over to any of my friends getting married.

Laura is an amazing photographer to work with, right from the start she is so friendly and answers any queries you have an just puts your mind at ease that everything is going to be amazing! She knew where the great spots were within the venue grounds and had plenty of recommendations for poses and special effects we could do for our Harry Potter themed wedding which we were so thrilled and excited about! I would definitely recommend Laura for wedding photography, everything ran so smoothly on the day and the groups shot just flowed really nicely, then me and my Husband had plenty of time for private shots. We attended a beautiful wedding at Hedsor House in October where Laura was the photographer. When the bride asked me if I would like to leave a review I said of course! Never have I met such a friendly and courteous photographer before. I’ve been to weddings where they will be quite pushy and rude, but Laura was an amazing part of the day. From what I could see, the both of them were on their feet all day - with a smile on their faces! You can tell they genuinely enjoy their job!! When we asked for a photograph of the family (We never get the opportunity to get dressed up and have a beautiful family portrait) she said of course and proceeded to pose us correctly, making sure this will be the image we put on our wall with pride! The photographers really looked after the guests as well as the couple. Another guest asked Laura some photography questions and where I’ve seen photographers in the past get jealous and wary over another creative in their space, Laura took the time to talk to him (knowing the other photographer was busy taking candid photos.) I love every one of the photographs from their wedding day!

Choosing Laura to be our wedding photographer was an easy decision to make. The photographs of our wedding day are so important that we wanted to invest in someone that we could trust to be there for us, to capture every moment but to also pose us correctly and elegantly. I knew I could trust Laura the moment I met her! She’s very welcoming and friendly and makes you feel so at ease with the camera - even me - I usually hate the camera! But I love our photos. We felt calm and relaxed but we also knew exactly how to pose to get the most out of our photographs from having the engagement photo shoot beforehand. This helped my nerves more than anything but it also gave me an idea of how Laura worked and it’s not as rigid as I thought it would be. During the planning process we did look at a few other photographers as a comparison. We had used Laura many times before but wanted to be 100% certain. Laura stood out from the others by miles. Not just for her quality of work, but her ability to capture such beautiful and intimate moments without interrupting the day, the gorgeous posed and traditional photos but most of all her level of customer service. We knew we could contact Laura about any wedding questions we had. We feel like incredibly valued clients and we can’t wait for our next photo shoot with her!

We had already used Laura Rachel for various family photo shoots including maternity and newborn, so we knew we were in safe hands when booking her for our wedding! Even though we knew exactly what to expect she still blew us away with her creativity and her ability to capture every moment. During the planning process (which was only a few months!) Laura was friendly, welcoming and accommodating. On the day she turned up early to view our venue and to take her time with us. Not once did I feel rushed by Laura or her assistant. They were a pleasant addition to our day. We chose Hedsor House for the wedding because of how stunning it is. Laura really made the most out of such an incredible place, even with the rain! Indoor group photographs weren’t a problem as she has the separate lighting equipment. So because of the weather, we didn’t miss out! And when the sun (almost sun!) started to shine through, she picked up her camera during her break time, without hesitation, to get that all amazing night time venue photo (currently the display photo!) Without a doubt I will recommend Laura and her assistant to anyone who is getting married and wants amazing photographs, incredible service and knowing your photos are in safe hands.
