I don’t really like my picture being taken it makes me so uncomfortable but Laura was so lovely and kind and understanding. When we spoke she assured me it would be fine and I would hardly know she was there (apart from the group photos). She captured some of my most favourite moments and I love looking back at all of my wedding photos

Laura is an amazing photographer. The memories from my Daughters wedding are beyond photographs. She captured everything, and in such a unique way. Moments in time that the Bride & Groom wouldn't have seen formal and informal shots all so natural . Laura has a talent which is impossible to do justice to with words, the ability to put everyone at ease and her love of photography shines through

Words cannot express how glad my husband and I are that we chose Laura as our wedding photographer. From our very first enquiry it was clear that Laura was friendly and approachable and took a genuine interest in the couples that she works with. We were originally due to get married in May 2021, but due to covid restrictions we had to postpone. Laura made what could have been an incredibly stressful situation so easy and straightforward. Fast forward to April 2022 when our wedding day finally arrived. Laura blended in so seamlessly, which helped everyone to feel so relaxed. As many of her reviews state, Laura really is like an additional bridesmaid - she offered to help in so many situations; including helping the bridal party move over to the honeymoon suite to finish getting ready and making sure the men's button holes were on correctly. Laura was also brilliant with our three year old daughter who can be really shy around unfamiliar people, but she quickly put her at ease, got her to smile and took the most gorgeous photos of her that we will treasure forever. Neither my husband nor I are huge fans of having our photograph taken and so Laura's natural, documentary photography style is one of the many reasons we were draw to her work. On the day we felt so relaxed with Laura that by the end of the day I couldn't really remember how many photographs had actually been taken (in a good way). Laura made sure that any group shots we requested were shot and gave us the opportunity to add any others if we wanted. Laura captured every aspect of our day perfectly, from bridal prep to our first dance. Our wedding gallery truly tells the story of our day and everyone's emotions throughout. We were blown away with how many photographs were in our gallery! Despite being incredibly busy both before and after our wedding, Laura sent through our sneak preview photographs promptly, which we adored, and made us so excited to see the rest of our gallery. Laura took so many beautiful photographs of our day that we struggled to choose which ones to include in our album. We eventually decided to upgrade our album and once again Laura was so efficient and accommodating. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Laura to anyone who is looking for a wedding photographer! Laura photographed our wedding, a pre wedding shoot and engagement photo's and we could not recommend her enough! She captures memories and emotions beautifully and took such care to capture every person and detail she knew we would want to be able to look back at and cherish. We simply cannot stop staring at all of our pictures, they are utterly stunning and perfectly represent our love. She was a delight to have with us all day, a wonderfully positive and calm presence at times and at others she was able to get beautifully intimate shots without us even noticing! What can we say about Laura? From our first enquiry where we chatted about our dogs to discussing albums after our big day, the whole experience has been an absolute dream. Communication was excellent throughout. She has this way about her that just settles you and we knew straight away that we had chosen the perfect woman for the job. It’s clear to see the passion she has for her work and that she genuinely cares about her clients. The package we chose included an engagement shoot and although we’re both a bit nervous in front of a camera, Laura made us feel at ease the second we met. She was so easy to get along with and was full of ideas. As soon as we saw our photos, our nerves about our wedding day disappeared as we knew we were in safe hands. As for the day itself, Laura outdid herself. She blended in perfectly and so many of our friends and family commented on how lovely she was. She really does go above and beyond, nothing was too much trouble. Inspired by her past work, we even made a last minute decision a few days before to include sparklers. She coordinated this effortlessly and the results are stunning. We received a handful of photos the day after the wedding which we were obsessed with and then came the whole gallery less than two weeks later. Every single photo is of the highest quality and you can genuinely feel the love she puts into editing too. Nothing felt forced on the day and it shows in our photos, we couldn’t have wished for better. She captured so many beautiful and funny moments that we’d missed ourselves in the whirlwind of the day. Laura photographed our wedding for us in November, the pictures she took for us were simply stunning! We had so many compliments on them from all of our family & friends. Laura made us feel so at ease all day as we were really nervous about having our pictures taken but we didn’t even realise she was there & she captured the day perfectly. Laura was our wedding photographer and we just can’t thank her enough for the photos that she took on the day. We have memories that will last forever. Laura was so professional but down to earth and friendly from the moment we inquired for her to photograph our day. We chose Laura Jayne as the photographer for our vintage wedding last year and everything was just perfect for us. We met a few times to discuss the style of photos we would like and also met at the venue where Laura showed us lots of different places that would be great for taking different shots. Neither my husband or myself like to be the center of attention but Laura assured us she would just melt into the background and we wouldn't know she was there, and she was true to her word. On our special day Laura arrived early and mingled with the guests taking natural photos as well as the more formal photos of me and my bridesmaid getting ready and of course the usual family photos, we felt perfectly comfortable with her being there. It was just an amazing day, everyone was so happy which definitely shows in our beautiful photos of which there were so any to choose from for our album. Laura also brought vintage props for the evening where she happily snapped away, all of our guests had the best fun and we laughed until we cried. I would recommend Laura to anyone, she was so friendly and helpful and listened to everything we asked for to make our day so special and at a very reasonable price too. Well, what can I say about Laura and her photography. Absolutely outstanding. Dan and I are totally in love with how magical they are, to the point that when we were going thorough them we felt like it was our wedding day all over again. We had an amazing day and Laura captured EVERY happy moment. I cannot wait to share these with friends and family, and am most definitely looking forward to our wedding album.
