Kathryn was booked to photograph our wedding in late March 2016. I haven’t a single negative thing to say – our whole experience of working with Kathryn was absolutely outstanding. From our initial meeting where Kathryn showcased her products and explained how she would approach the day, to the final delivery of our album, it was clear that Kathryn was completely and wholly professional and passionate about her work. When we first met she explained the ins and outs of the process and how she would suggest breaking up the day to get the photographs taken. There was no pressure for us to book with her – although we very quickly knew that we would. From then on, we were in regular email communication and she patiently answered all of our (many!) queries. We met again shortly before the wedding where we drew up a shot list but again, Kathryn was adaptable and said we were able to tweak these on the day – and so it proved. On the day itself, Kathryn and her partner Lawrence guided us in a discreet and professional way to ensure that we got as many photographs as possible. She continued to liaise with us throughout our wedding day ensuring that we were happy with their work and asked if there was anything further they could do. We had two follow up meetings (and again, numerous emails) after the day itself to finalise the “thank-you” cards, CD and finally the wedding album, which Kathryn hand delivered, even though we live some distance away. In truth, our only regret is that we don’t plan on having another wedding and thus a reason to use her again! We would have no hesitation in recommending Kathryn to any of our family and friends. It was a distinct pleasure to work with her and our album and photographs will prove to be a wonderful memory of our day. Thank you!
