Jun Tan Weddings

If you are even considering Jun as a photographer, absolutely go for it! Jun captured our wedding day beautifully, with so many amazing candid memories that we missed in the whirlwind of our wedding day. My now husband and I are both quite awkward, and do not handle being in front of the camera but Jun made us feel so at ease, and looking at the photos you can't even tell! So many beautiful images captured without us even realising, and so many of our guests complimented us on how lovely he was.

Jun's photos of our wedding day left us speechless - the whole gallery was spectacular. My partner and I hate having our photo taken but we didn't need to worry as Jun made us feel comfortable and at ease. The photos were everything we wanted, and also everything we didn't know we wanted! The formal portraits were outstanding however our favourite photos are the fleeting moments that were captured. These moments could have got lost in the whirlwind of the day but didn't because Jun was there.

We started with a video chat and from there we became sure that he was the right guy. Jun has been very responsive and really took the time and effort to understand our needs and get to know the nuances of our wedding. As we both are from Asian backgrounds, Jun shared our values which was reassuring. Needless to say, on the day Jun was fantastic. He was exactly where we needed him to be, and just from the teaser photos he's already sent us we are blown away with how well he captured the special moments and all the emotions in a very beautiful way. Jun gave us some direction on where to go or how to pose for some shots, and we felt totally comfortable with his direction. The rest of the time we were able to enjoy the wedding without worry, which was brilliant! For anyone looking for a photographer who want to be sure they're capable of capturing all the magic, we can't speak more highly of Jun. We're so glad we chose Jun as our photographer!

Jun did an amazing job as our wedding photographer in France, Sept 2022. We managed to do all our liaising remotely during covid, and he was also so thoughtful in sending flowers on the day that initially couldn't go ahead! He was great during our early conversations - personable, professional, and open to our ideas. And then on the day itself he made everyone feel at ease, barely noticeable for large parts of the day but swooping in to ensure the shots that felt most important to us. The finished results were absolutely perfect. He captured the beautiful summer light, the colours and the fun atmosphere, exactly as I had asked. "Sneak preview" pictures arrived swiftly post-wedding and our full reel several few weeks later, with great communication the whole time. We really can't praise Jun highly enough! Jun was the perfect blend of professional and friendly (and a fantastic photographer too!) and has been so communicative throughout the whole process. We felt at ease when he was photographing us as a couple and his unobtrusive and candid style helped capture all those great moments we want to remember. Right through from planning to the big day, Jun made us feel relaxed and in control of our photography. He took amazing photographs and our guests loved him. We didn't have to worry about a thing, he listened to what we wanted from our photos and we couldn't fault him. It was a pleasure.

I cannot rave enough about how amazing Jun was in capturing both our wedding but also our little boy's first birthday celebrations. Everything about him, from his speedy responses, to his warm and friendly demeanour, to the way he collaborated seamlessly with our videographer and wedding planner and blended in with our friends and family was more than we could have asked for. We simply cannot recommend him enough!

We had the perfect wedding on a beach in Mexico, and the perfect photographer to capture every moment!!! Honestly we can't say enough good things about Jun!! He was brilliant! Very friendly with all the guests (British & Mexican), very professional but in a relaxed fashion and he produced the best photos ever! Everyone was amazed with the photos and they have all commented to us how great Jun was. We are so happy with the photos, they capture the moments and atmosphere of the wedding. If you are having a wedding, engagement party or whatever, Jun is definitely the man for you! Absolutely fantastic!!

Jun is a fab photographer, so talented and professional. He captured our engagement photos in Northern Ireland 2 weeks ago and they have arrived already! The photos look amazing, so natural and fun!
