What is your most memorable wedding?
All weddings are unique, special and memorable for different reasons: I absolutely love being part of your wedding day and capturing fabulous photos for you....Katy for her laughter and sense of fun and being at Pembroke Lodge, Richmond Park, with the deer baying all evening, Sophie serene and pretty at Broxbourne, Chloe in her gorgeous princess gown and train, Carol for her tears and sense of humour, Ian & Jommie for their vibrancy, Caroline and Hannah - we got there in the end after 5 postponements! Each wedding unique and so very special.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Soulful connections, fun and happiness 💕natural, relaxed style. Candid Photos throughout your day that are captured in the moment and include a guided / natural unposed, complimentary photo session for bride and groom with each booking. Group photos if you wish.
What about your business are you most proud of?
I understand planning a wedding can sometimes be a challenge - here you can have photography that is carefree! And I do this by keeping in touch between your booking and your wedding date, by researching/refreshing your chosen venue for light and locations at your particular time of year, and by offering advice and unposed/guidance tips especially helpful to those who are a little camera-shy or not so comfortable having their photograph taken, so that on your wedding day, you can feel relaxed about photography, and just have an amazing day!
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Photographing weddings is not like any other type of photography - there are no second chances, lighting conditions can change by the split second, and you will want to be sure that your most significant and special parts of your wedding can be captured for you. Choosing a full-time professional wedding photographer is the best way to ensure that you have beautiful photographs of your day to cherish for now and for the future. After all, photographs only become more precious as time passes.
And allow plenty of time for lacing up wedding gowns! Getting dressed can take a lot longer than you might think!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
Each wedding I have photographed has been a unique love story, shared among family and friends. Each special day has its own personal touch, perhaps in the way of remembering absent friends or family, or by weaving the hobbies and interests of the bride and groom through the theme of the day, or simply by the choice of colours being the bride and grooms favourites or the choice of flowers in the bouquet, or the bride and groom portrait photo session being in a location that has special meaning for the wedding couple - each one special. Every wedding magnificent and memorable and different from the last.

What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
Just the two of you, (and your photographer), to capture some lovely relaxed photographs of you both naturally just being together, enjoying and being in your moment.
It's a good idea to plan to include 30/40 minutes for your personal photography session - it can give you a break from all the whirling excitement of the wedding day and a chance to catch up and relish some quiet moments together as newly-weds.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Every wedding is unique, and so all photographs are original and a unique capture of those special moments that happen that day. But having Warwick Castle as the backdrop was pretty awesome! I am looking forward to including a fishing theme into the wedding couple photo session soon!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
No need to worry - rainy days are no problem - I am skilled and trained to capture lovely photographs whatever the weather. Bring flat shoes or even wellies and just hitch up your skirts and we can still capture few outside photographs that won't ruin your shoes! It is all part of your unique wedding day story. Have a few plain colourful umbrellas handy as they can add a splash of fun to the photographs (I usually have some on board anyway)
Describe how you got into photography.
My grandparents and parents were portrait photographers, my cousins, and sister are artists, my children study graphic design and art. My life has always been surrounded by creativity and art. Capturing soulful and special moments with my camera for others has always been a burning passion.
