Describe your typical process with a couple.
Firstly, just visit my website and complete the contact form. We can meet up for a coffee and a no obligation chat about your plans. I have zillions of weddings under my belt and you're welcome to look through them either at my office, your home or anywhere you like. If you decide that we are right for each other you can select one of my packages and create you own. I utilise software that enables all your documents (enquiry, contract, questionnaires, invoices etc) to be held securely online on your own bespoke client portal. Once booked I send out an online booking questionnaire and then, later on, a timeline questionnaire. We then meet up, usually at the venue to go through the day and select some great spots. We will also have a PLAN B plan just incase. Once your images are edited and ready you will receive a link to your beautiful bespoke online gallery enabling you to view, download and share your day. You and your friends and family can also order any prints or other items there too if you wish. The gallery also allows you to select your favourite images for any ordered deluxe, boxed photo books that I also offer.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
The confetti shot!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
The groom wanted to where the dress for a while and they happy couple switched clothes for a moment. In the privacy of the bridal suite naturally!
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Fun wellies and huge white umbrellas (which I have with me in the car at all times) and an open mind. I've created some stunning images in the rain!
Describe how you got into photography.
I left University with a degree but started with photography from the age of 10 (it was a polaroid!). Capturing moments that most missed was a great challenge and I still love it now...
