Meeting all of the brides and grooms. It's so inspiring meeting all sorts of different couples and being part of their special day.
Do your research, get to know the style of photography and check for consistency in their work. Always try and meet the photographer for a coffee, that way you can discuss your requirements in more detail and also to make sure you like their personality. Also book in an engagement photo shoot if you can as this gives you and the photographer a chance to get to know each other a bit more before your big day.
I loved it when the father of the bride showed a projection of all the family photos. Everyone was crying it was so sweet.
