Natural, relaxed, romantic, authentic, real
I have tried to run an authentic, real, sustainable and environmentally-aware business as I can manage in this day and age.
Get organised and plan as much as you can but don't sweat the small stuff on the actual day. Remember the most important thing about your wedding day is that you are getting married to each other.
Pets at weddings! I love it when people bring their pets (even if it's just part of it)
A few photos of just you and your other half even if you want a candid/repotage or documentary style.
Be prepared with a rainy day plan and don't worry if it does rain on the day. You can always get some amazing images in the rain!
I've always been interested in photography even as a little girl with disposable film cameras. I really got into photography once my children were born and I started taking lots of pictures of them. I then started taking photos for other families and some time later my business was born! I did take a course on The Art of photography before starting my business, and have kept up to date with regular workshops in specific areas such as film photography, documentary style wedding photography, posing, and lighting techniques etc.
