What is your most memorable wedding?
100% the wedding of Jess and Rob way back in 2018. I got stuck travelling 36 hours to their wedding due to the notorious beast from the east. I had to shoot their wedding on 3 hours of sleep. I loved the day though and it was funny when ITV turned up to TV interview the couple about the stress on the day.
Describe your style in 5 adjectives.
Beautiful, natural, fun and filled with love. ❤️
What about your business are you most proud of?
My brand - I have worked hard to get where I am today and I am just 100% authentically me.
What is your No. 1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Keep your wedding 100% about you. It is so easy to consider everyone else but don't forget you are getting married for each other, not anyone else!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
A baby picture take plan where the bride and groom had written a short funny note about how they met and why they invited them! I loved it.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
I want to hear all about your day. I want to know your thoughts, ideas and every single detail of how you imagine your day.
We will speak various times before the big day as I am a firm believer that the more we know each other the easier it will be for you to relax and trust me to make your day special by capturing pictures you will love for a lifetime.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
For me every single picture where you are enjoying yourself. Let's see those real moments!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
Not original but I love doing sparklers in the evening!
It is one way to make an absolute statement.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Skin is waterproof so let's just go for it...
In all seriousness - there is always a way to work around it if you are not keen on getting wet, umberellas, waiting for a quick break in the rain and not forgetting those indoor portraits.
Describe how you got into photography.
When I left school I went on to study photography and it was here I photographed my first wedding and as they say, the rest is history.
