What about your business are you most proud of?

A sunflower themed wedding where literally everything was infused with the theme.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
After an initial Email or Messenger contact I meet up with the couple to discuss the requirements of the wedding. The meetup can also be a pre-wedding shoot which is included with my half- and whole day packages and where we can meet in an informal way and do a photo shoot whilst talking about the wedding. My clients are king, they decide what they want and I will follow their requirements and offer suggestions when needed.
What is the No. 1 photo that you think every couple should take?
I always put my couples in the directors' chair and let the venue and the surroundings dictate what pictures are best, so it is very fluid.
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
A long exposure photo with sparklers creating a heart-shape around the newly weds.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
Enough umbrellas
Describe how you got into photography.
I graduated at the AKI Art Academy in Enschede, The Netherlands as a Baccalaureus in Fine Arts, I have been a Graphic Designer for 15 years and have been photographing for decades. When I emigrated to the UK in 2014 I decided to dedicate myself to photography full-time and to wedding photography in particular because I love the range of emotions during the day and to capture those emotions to the best of my abilities.
