Before we go away I just wanted to say how grateful Emily and I were for the excellent work did yesterday! You really were superb and made the day a lot easier for both of us! You were both fantastic from start to finish and Tommy also said how great you were, so thank you! Can’t wait to see the pictures!

The title says it all. Both Ruth and John made mine and my wifes big day extra special. We felt at ease with them both and the photographs were amazing!

Ruth & Jon captured our wedding perfectly. From first meeting, they put use at ease - as we didn’t want lots of posed/ staged photos and made us feel relaxed in front of the camera. Then the extra touches were amazing like receiving our photos in a beautiful keepsake presentation box! Thank you - have no hesitation in recommending to anyone getting married soon!

The Bidmead's are a fantastic team! Very unassuming and great at blending in, whilst quietly capturing every detail. They captured our personalities and the essence of the day perfectly and the quality of the images was outstanding. It was also lovely to have one each with the bride and groom in the morning. Both Ruth and John are amazing photographers! They made me and my husband feel completely relaxed on our wedding day and we had a pre wedding shoot so they could get to know us! John had us both laughing so much with his random animal impressions which got some amazing natural shots! Simply amazing!! We have recommended them to several other couples since our wedding.

What a wonderful duo to have had photograph the most special day of our life. From the very beginning to the very end, we were guided through in a relaxed yet confident manner. The photographs are still regularly perused to this day and people are always commenting on the quality. We have continued to use them to get blown up to an astronomical scale without losing any of the quality. However, the best feature has got to be the way they manage to capture the atmosphere of the moment. When looking back through, we all find ourselves having the same expressions on our faces we had when we were experiencing it. Jon and Ruth were able to be there without being there, if you understand my meaning. They were also able to quickly organise a rather excitable bunch of people who definitely didn’t want to be stood still. A genuine pleasure and worth a lot more than they charge!

This company did my sisters wedding photographs and the photographs are just beautiful. Such lovely people to have been a part of the day capture their special moments. Barely knew they were there which is what ever bride needs. They went above and beyond!

From our first meeting with Jon and Ruth at J Bidmead Photography, we knew our Wedding photographs were going to be gorgeous. They are such a lovely couple who were just so great during the lead up and on our Wedding day. Nothing was ever too much, they were both so easy to work with and Ruth, despite being heavily pregnant still managed to run around all day to capture some amazing shots. They have both captured all of the little details of our Wedding from start to finish, along with some beautiful portrait shots of us and our friends and family.
