1. How would you describe your photography style?
Relaxed, natural, and documentary led. I’m there to capture the real feel of the day rather than turning it into a full blown photoshoot. Think genuine moments, real emotion, big laughs, happy tears, and all the little in-between bits you didn’t even realise were happening.
2. We’re awkward in front of the camera... help?
Honestly, most couples say this, and you really don’t need to worry. You don’t need modelling experience, a “good side,” or any idea what to do with your hands. I keep things easy and low-pressure, with just enough gentle direction to help you feel comfortable and look like yourselves.
3. Do you do group shots and couple portraits?
Yep, absolutely, just without letting them eat half your wedding day. I’m happy to do the important family group shots and some relaxed couple portraits, but I keep things moving so you can get back to the drinks, the hugs, and the dancefloor as quickly as possible.
4. How many photos will we receive, and when will we get them?
You’ll get a beautifully edited gallery that tells the full story of the day, not just the headline moments. The exact number depends on the wedding itself, so numbers can cary a bit but there’ll be plenty in there! As a rough guide, you'll get approx 600-800 for a full day, 400-600 for half day and 200-300 for a registry/elopement. I’ll also send over a little sneak peek soon after the wedding, with the full gallery landing in around 4 weeks.
5. How far do you travel for weddings?
I’m based in Stockport, Greater Manchester, and photograph weddings across Manchester and the North West. If you’re getting married a bit further afield, just drop me a message as I occasionally cover wedding further out. My cmera, comfy shoes, and great weather optimism can all travel :)
6. How do we book you?
Easy. Just send me a message with your date and a few details about your plans. If I’m free, I’ll send over everything you need to know. To get your date locked in, I just ask for a booking fee and signed contract, and then it’s official.
Do you photograph small weddings and elopements?
Absolutely. Smaller weddings, registry office ceremonies, and laid-back celebrations are very much my thing. Big guest list or tiny guest list, if it matters to you, it matters to me.
Can you help with timings and planning?
Yes, and I’m always happy to. From working out when to do group shots to making sure you’re not accidentally scheduling your entire day at the speed of an action movie, I can help things feel calm, realistic, and easy.
