We had Ian for our wedding on Halloween! I can honestly say he was fabulous! From arriving to leaving, Ian was constantly on the go, and the pictures and communication were absolutely brilliant. Nothing was too much trouble. thank you for helping make our day super special and for the great pictures to capture the day. A massive thank you to Ian Petrie for his photography services for our Wedding. We first met Ian at a Wedding fair in November 2016 and subsequently took up his services in early 2017. We had many questions and queries to ask and really welcomed Ian’s patience/understanding and prompt responses throughout. On the Wedding Day, Ian and his assistants remained very discreet and effectively blended into the proceedings. We are very pleased with the final results and now have two lovely Photo Albums, images on USBs, access to an online gallery and four lovely A3 framed prints as memories of our special day. So myself and Kim got married on the 7th of August, and we can’t thank you enough. From the moment we booked you we knew you would fit right in and you did not disappoint. You are an extremely professional photographer, but not only that you helped me throughout the day. Now to the amazing photos. I can’t believe how fantastic the photos you took are, and the memories that flood back of our beautiful day. All of our guests have nothing but amazing things to say about you, and some said they didn’t even know you were there #ninja 🤣 But in all seriousness, you are one of the most polite and genuine people we’ve had the pleasure of meeting throughout our wedding journey, and the gift you got us to say thank you was an enormous shock as we honestly thought you couldn’t have done any more. From the get-go of contacting Ian to query about wedding photography, He was so informative, giving us so much information that we didn’t even think we needed to consider, Helping us with different ideas & giving us plenty of choices, He’s answered all my questions without hesitation and got back to me super duper quickly, On our wedding day Ian was super, helped out with things that you wouldn’t even imagine a photographer would do when my shoes broke he was hands-on to help fix them! Made us all feel at ease on the day and was great at getting some memorable photos throughout our day natural ones and staged ones. His second photographer was great too he spent the morning with the boys why they got ready and made sure he got some great photos throughout the day so massive thank you to him too! He was fully organised which you will find out how with his paperwork when you book him! I also asked for specific photos from Ian and was amazed when I received them. He even did me more than one style. We also had videoing of our special day & I'm so glad we choose to do this, We received some photos back within the first week of being married and the rest within 4 weeks and our beautiful USB came through the post too. I would fully recommend Ian for anyone looking for a wedding photographer he's professional at all times not afraid to answer any queries you may have and will fill all your wedding needs as your photographer.
