What is your No.1 wedding planning tip for couples?
Opt for renting/buying black suits if you can. Put dress code on invites as black tie. This elevates any wedding and looks stylish on photos with no strain on your budget!
What is your favourite personal touch you have seen at a wedding?
My favourite personal touches are those made and gifted by family members. Whether it's a cake, a specially made stand to display family photos, a donation in the name of favours or handed down family wedding dress.
Describe your typical process with a couple.
Once you enquire via my website form or email, we hop on a call or chat about your wedding day plans over email. I then send my pricing pdf and once you confirm you'd like to officially book, I send you our quote, contract and questionnaire to accept and fill out. Once the invoice is paid I will send you the receipt and a welcome gift a few weeks later.
What is the No.1 photo that you think every couple should take?
First look with dad/mum/bridesmaids. It's so emotional and beautiful!
I'm a big fan of confetti and sparklers shot too!
What is the most original photo you’ve been asked to take at a wedding?
I love photos with pets! A poodle, mini horse and a rabbit were quite unusual for me.
What do you recommend for a rainy day wedding?
A big smile and staying positive - the big day is here and you are going to celebrate with friends and family!
Describe how you got into photography.
I was helping my best friend plan her wedding when I saw a video of an intimate wedding in Iceland. I fell in love with the storytelling, emotions, intimacy and beauty and decided to pursue my love for photography full time.
