It's hard to pin down, but I have very fond memories of a wedding I was lucky to photograph in Andalusia a few years ago.
Contemporary, Natural, Creative, Elegant, Documentary.
I love being able to document special moments for people to treasure over the years.
Plan! The best advice I can offer is to plan everything very much in advance. Get your venue, photographer, entertainment etc.. all booked in as soon as possible. You'll have an amazing feeling once it's done! Then you'll have very little last minute preparations to complete!
Personalised shot glasses!
I usually like to meet up with a couple for a consultation or arrange a video call. This is a great opportunity to ask any questions they may have. I have to admit, it's ok to be a little unsure of the 'correct' questions to ask a photographer during a first meeting. It can be a little daunting! But don't worry, I'll guide you through the process of how I document a wedding and hopefully answer everything you'd like to know!
Confetti! It's traditional, but fun. I've even seen couples introduce confetti canons, colourful smoke flares and even bubbles. Why not mix it up a little?
I once photographed a wedding ceremony in a cave!
Don't worry! These things happen. Some of my most creative work has come from a rainy day wedding. I always have additional lighting to produce great indoor portraits. I always find that there is often a small window of opportunity with the weather at some point in the day to take advantage of, so don't worry about having to stick to the itinerary!
I've loved photography for as long as I can remember. Photographing people is what interests me the most! I've been a wedding and family photographer since 2012 and I'm fortunate to call this my full-time profession.
