First Light Photography

Well what can we say, WOW just wow. Ash from first light photography is amazing. He arrived early and was ready to get started, taking pictures of the bridesmaids getting ready. When moving to the venue Ash was there waiting for me in the room to continue the photos. He was able to advise me on the best photos, products to have out for pictures and the best way to stand. Ash also helped others get ready if they needed it. I felt very supported, cared for and looked after during the wedding morning. I was incredibly nervous and Ash helped to calm me down. The pictures I have seen so far are incredible. Ash captured natural photos as well as posed which we love. We were married Saturday and Ash had a few sneak preview photos to send by Sunday. The banter we had as a couple with Ash really kept us laughing for the whole day. Thank you so much for capturing our special day and keeping us calm and laughing

We got married on Friday, 21st November at The Batch Country House, and from the very beginning Ash delivered a truly 5-star plus experience. From our pre-wedding photoshoot to the big day itself, Ash felt more like a lifelong friend than just a photographer. He’s was so easy to get along with, and incredibly talented at capturing every special moment in the most natural way. We were amazed to receive our photos back within just three days! Every single image made us smile and brought back the joy of our perfect day. Ash blended seamlessly with our family and friends, keeping the atmosphere fun and relaxed, while also working brilliantly alongside our other suppliers. His professionalism and communication were flawless throughout the entire process, giving us complete confidence and peace of mind. We are so thankful for choosing First Light Photography and truly wouldn’t have had it any other way! We would recommend Ash without hesitation to anyone looking for a wedding photographer or for any occasion worth remembering. We’ll definitely be returning to him in the future to capture more of life’s special moments. To infinity and beyond!

Our original photographers were not able to attend, Ash stepped in extremely last minute. I only mention this because I know Ash was worried with everything being so last minute . Looking at our photos, you would never know!!! Ash made us all feel welcome, he was kind, always smiling and happy to help in anyway possible, made you feel at real ease. We are very happy with the photos we have got, ones we can treasure forever, so Ash - thank you so much!!!!

We would 100% recommend First Light Photography. Ash was amazing from our first interaction. Considering we hate our photos being taken but wow he really went above and beyond. We had messaged Ash for a photo the day after and he delivered a few photos, only if we had waited another couple of days, we would of had our finished album. We cannot thank Ash enough for such amazing photos that he captured during our special day. If we ever need a photographer again, we will be using First Light Photography.

He has a fantastic eye for the finer details such as colour/background/ the contrasts, the locations and the poses he wishes you to do to be able to get the most authentic looking photos. He was also able to capture so many unseen shots of myself and my wife talking and chatting and just being natural which is an amazing touch. Overall we would seriously recommend Ash as he is an amazing photographer with a keen eye and a passion for what he does as a living but furthermore he’s just a very down to earth gentleman who made myself and everyone involved thoroughly relaxed and made the day so much more smooth and enjoyable.

Would highly recommend first light photography . We booked last minute due to a change in circumstances and through a recommendation from our wedding coordinator. Ash was more than happy to tailor a package to our needs. We can’t thank Ash enough - our photos are back within a few days and we are so pleased with the photos captured during our special day! Ash was more than happy to capture all shots requested and went above and beyond capturing additional we wouldn’t of thought to of asked for. Our photos are beautiful. We have managed to sit and look through all to relive our day.
