Every wedding is memorable for it's own individual personality stamp. I do love to travel though so extra special moments for me include shooting in Portugal and the south of France.
Romantic, Organic, Pretty, Luminous
I'm proud to say that over 100 couples have trusted me to record the most important day of their lives. Every time a couple book me I am genuinely grateful that they felt they could trust me.
Plan thoroughly but don't let it take over the raw essence of your day. Always remember exactly why you're getting married. If it's for the love then it really doesn't matter which napkins you choose :)
I'm a bit of a sucker for the Father and daughter dance after the first dance - brings a tear to my eye every time.
I always encourage my couples to look thoroughly at my work - whether that is on my blog, private galleries or meeting up and looking at my albums. I also strongly recommend meeting up so that we can establish whether we're a good fit for each other.
Wow, can I only pick 1?! There are so many important moments... but if I have to pick one I would say a photo that shows the genuine emotions of love between my bride and groom.
My couples like natural, pretty, romantic shots so I don't often get too many crazy ideas. Having said that I did have to take a picture of the grooms pants before (they were a gift from the bride and no, the groom was not wearing them!)
Plough ahead! It rains sometimes and there is nothing you can do. You just have to be creative, find space and keep enjoying it. Sometimes the irony of the rain can join people together quite well.
I followed my Dad who was a hobbyist and started me with my first film camera aged around 12. Eventually I realised that no other job could even come close.
